মই এই ধৰণীৰ সন্তান নাই কোনো মোৰ জাতিভেদ হিন্দু, মুছলিম, শিখ, খৃষ্টান সকলোকে কৰো মই আহ্বান

আহা বন্ধু একতাৰ ডোলেৰে ৰঁচো ভবিষ্যতৰ সপোন

মই বড়ো, মই মিৰি, মই মিছিমি বুলি নহব থাকিলে ৰৈ

এইবোৰ কাৰণে জানো শতশত শ্বহীদে বোৱইছিল.... পৱিত্ৰ তেজৰ নৈ, সোৱৰা জানো তেওঁলোকক

আহোম, বামুণ, কছাৰী বুলি

It is really easy to say "stay home/stay inside/stay safe"." Fight, unite and ignite is supposed to be our motto.But as we can see it is not easy to implement it.

Even though I'm trying to stay positive about this, I can feel the disturbance in my mind. When I'm trying to read a book,I can't stay focused on the words on the pages. When I try to make otherwise finger licking food, I end up not even tasting it. When I try to exercise, my energy level just goes down. When I try to meditate, my mind cannot calm itself. Even watching a movie makes me restless. I don't consider myself as a busy woman. But I cannot quite put a finger on my sudden change of feelings. And I am sure that I'm not the only one who is feeling down in this stressful and tough time.

But I have realized that Corona is just an alert for what we people are doing to this earth. We should take this as a warning to what may come around in the future. Many people have not yet realized that global warming is a real thing and that it is slowly but surely destroying us.

We are wearing the n-95 mask now. Let's hope that these masks don't turn to oxygen masks in the future.
