Back again to talk about SDP again, because they’re consuming valuable brain space but also, because of fucking course I am.
I talk about how I envision their experience with gender under the cut.
Maybe it’s their desire to work for worship, maybe it’s the two very different ways we’ve heard about them being flaunted but I’ve always felt like Pet is a gender chameleon.
I don’t think they have a particular connection or pull to any specific norm, look, or experience. I see them as very fluid, adapting the way they present their gender to match the needs of the situation or the fancy of their partner. Treating it almost like a tool.
When Ivan needs arm candy or something pretty to cozy up to, that’s what he gets. Showy outfits, makeup that softens their cutting face, decked out in lavish jewelry.
When Asriel needs a bodyguard? They are domineering, accentuating their sharp features & broad form. Hair cut to fly out in all directions like an animal, cold, silver jewelry to add an air of mystery.
And Pet takes as much pleasure from one presentation as they do the other. If the situation calls for it, or they simply feel the impulse, they transform themself into any variation between & beyond the two.
I think it also comes with the territory of living so long. Who wants to spend eternity in one skin? But I like to think that a piece of themself is still fallible. Still, on occasion, looks in a mirror and sees something that doesn’t match their perception, feels it outside of their control. It’s why I enjoy drawing them in face paint/corpse paint so much. Like a version of themself that doesn’t serve a purpose or please anyone other than themself.
Please also consider the idea of Pet hating that feeling of humanity that they thought they had rid themself of and painting themself to seem more off putting & inhuman to alleviate that feeling of dissonance. Otherkin pet? Hmmmm.. much to consider…

You know what? Forget the discourse. This is no longer my hill to die on.
You wanna ship canonically aspec characters because “aro/ace people can still date/have sex”? Okay, then. LET’S DO IT.
I wanna see an aromantic character with an alloromantic love interest. I wanna see that confession of undying love and the moment when the aro character says they will never feel the same way—not romantically.
I wanna see the asexual character with their allosexual partner. I wanna see that moment when the ace characters tries sex with their partner for the first time because they want to make them happy only to realize that they are 100% sex repulsed.
I wanna see the two demiromantics who don’t even know if what they feel is romantic attraction, but they adore each other and just want to make healthy snacks together and destroy each other at Mario Kart.
I wanna see the two aces who love sensual affection and are figuring out what they define as sexual or not.
I wanna see the romance + sex neutral aroace who happily and consensually does whatever makes their partner happy…but their partner still struggles with feeling undesired.
Oh, babe. You thought shipping an aspec character would be just like shipping an allo character?

The thing I enjoy about their dynamic is that, even if Asriel maintains control as best he can, even if Pet stays perfectly loyal, one day they will consume him. That is inevitable.
I like that Pet doesn’t have perfect/rational morals compared to human sensibilities. They’re immortal and have been at the mercy (to some degree) of humans for a great deal of time. It skews the way they regard them & their relationships with them. I have no doubt they hold some level of care for Asriel, as they did Ivan. But also in needing to take life force from humans to survive, how they feel & express that care becomes mixed with their need to feed.
To me, Pet views total consumption of their partners as an act of extreme intimacy, of true love. They play out the relationship, allow the dynamic to take whatever shape is most entertaining, and once Pet has given all they have to give they take all their partner has to give.
If you lived forever, had to eat people to survive and were trapped by freak ass humans you’d have weird kinks too.
I would love to share this with everyone who may happen to see this post. Please support this wonderful human being. He spent nearly a half century in prison for a crime he never committed. And the only thing that kept him going was his artistic endeavors. He deserves the best life can offer anyone ❤️
looking at any kind of trans supplies focused online shop is depressing because there will either be a complete absence of anything for transfems or like. a really sad transfem section with 5 items at the end of a list full of binders and packers and harnesses

I get the frustration, but ultimately if you want stores that do sell things specifically for trans feminine people, searching for them and sharing them is the way to go.
If you are looking for lingerie style bras for a flat chest, those are marketed towards cis woman, who had cancer related breast reduction surgery.
And I get that it is frustrating that a lot of these thing are also marketed towards crossdressers, but the reason for this is the same as to why a lot of binders are marketed as "sports bras": sellers put every (vaguely) related term into their website in the hopes of selling to more people. Which obviously isn't great either, but at least I can better tolerate it, knowing it is marketing bullshit and not misgendering me for the sake of it.
Been a long time since I did the legwork of finding places but here's all my bookmarked lingerie brands that make lingerie for transfems and have transfem models.
Carmen Liu Lingerie - trans woman owned lingerie company that makes bras and panties specifically for transfems, also has plain cotton kids' underwear.
Juniper & Eve - cis woman owned from what I can tell but her starting point with the company was "make lingerie for a trans woman friend" and underwear types are sorted by style (flat front, gaff, or pouch front) rather than by gender.
Origami Customs - I kind of think of OC as more transmasc-focused but since I last checked their site they've added the option to select gusset width on non-gaff undies which I'm pleasantly surprised by. They also do custom sizing at no extra cost.
TomboyX also does breastform bras and tucking panties now but idk anyone who wears them so I can't comment on that specirfically. Just buying their underwear over the years I feel that the quality has dropped off while the prices have doubled. I get stuff on sale only. YMMV.
I wanted to add on my small local store, the Tool Shed. They carry breast forms, compatible bras, gaff underwear, shapewear, some accessories like adhesive tape and wash, and dilators and lube. They also have a TONNN of books for sale (I checked and the "books and media" section for trans and intersex topics has 279 items)!

while these are strong resources, the majority of these links have yet to offer transfem specific sex toys which is what the original post is about. i know transmasc specific sex toys exist mostly to accommodate tdicks (i checked the site and the majority of what is listed for transmascs are strokers, pumps, and packers). i am having trouble finding transfem specific sex toys listed myself. however i found the following resources:

sex toys for micropenises and "neo"vaginas: sex toys designed for those with small/"micro" penises (trans men on t with enlarged clits, trans women on e with smaller penises), and for trans women with vaginoplasty (toys that accommodate lack of natural lubricants and the need to dilate, essentially).
after a lot of digging it looks like there aren't a lot of sex toys out there designed specifically for transfems in mind :(( which really sucks because theres a lot of potential there. please add on if you find any!

Juno was seven and we were just getting ready for her to move from my dad’s house to live with me when she passed. I had just seen her last Monday and she was fine. By Friday she was dead and I was rushing home to lay her to rest.
She’s always been my little baby, even when her white beard started filling in. She loved to play fight and play fetch. When she was a puppy she left so many holes in the yard that we still find new one. If you left wood in the fire pit she’d spread it across the yard and if given the chance Juno would take off after a squirrel, but she always came home. She was so cuddly and excited to see people that she would meet you at the door with her whole butt wagging (her tail just wasn’t enough to express herself). Sometimes her ears would move back and she’d look like Dobby the house elf. We would always tell her “Don’t worry Juno. You’re part of the pack”. I thought it was silly, she had to know how much we loved her but I’m glad my dad made us remind her.
She died the same month we got her and to keep her body safe, my dad wrapped her in garbage bags. We buried her the next day in my backyard, right next to my childhood dog Tinkerbell. I sent her on her spirit walk with the bandana I used to dress her in as a puppy and a pouch of tobacco with my hair so I could stay with her.
I made this comic over the course of today. I was looking at the snow that covered her grave this morning and couldn’t stop thinking “your dog is dead”. I finished the comic on the drive back to my apartment in the city, thinking about how I had to leave her behind.
