Some time ago I made Tokioto evolution in anime so now I thought it will be also interesting how much these two relationship evolved in official arts. It’s kinda cute and it is the best seen on their touching/closeness. For my cutie Chellie @tokiyasstar . :*
So as we know Otoya is all super cute and touchy sunshine. But if will look closely it is mostly Tokiya who is his “target” for the touch and hugs. ;) Otoya is always so happy to be even a little closer to his roomate. When Tokiya.. ahh our baby Tokiya. ;) Didn’t seem so fond about thsi at first. Like it is natural, when we will look how his relationships with others looked in previous seasons. He was kind of closed person. But it was changing gradually. And I’m pretty sure it is also thanks to our lovey-dovey angel Otoya. Because let’s look how thanks to him Tokiya got to used to touch and intimacy with close person.
- So we had this…Ho ho someone doesn’t approving this. Or? maybe it’s not totlaly like this.. For me it is more that Tokiya is more shy in such things and still just not used to this.. For him being close to other person is still kind a new and strange. (and please notice how sweet Otoya is, gluing with all his smaller body to Tokiya’s >////<)
- Just look at him. He is still so surprised and still don’t know how to reply for such closeness.
- But with time their closeness stared being something more an more natural
and their distance was getting smaller and smaller (just look Otoya’s chin is resting on Tokiya’s shoulder!)
- And then we have some lil touches and it is Tokiya who is initiating, just look this gentle hands touching…
- or some lil pranks.
- Otoya’s closeness really became something natural like breathing, just look how casually close they are…

and how much comfortable
Tokiya is with this now!
Like LOOK! This last pic is really the best representation of their relationship now. How close they became. How happy and comfortable they are. How intimate. And look how Otoya was always very touchy but even he never was that much! :D Now all his body is totally glued to Tokiya’s back and he hold him so tight. And what’s the most important Tokiya feels comfortable with this he smiles back to his sunshine and they really seem like one. :D

Watanabe: Now that we’ve finished ‘Johnny’s World’, it seems like we finally have some peaceful time to ourselves
Fukazawa: That’s right! It is always so physically (draining), but it feels like we’ve been drained mentally this time round as well. For things like show basketball and the stick throwing part of funcussion, no matter how many times we practise, we’ll never be sure what will happen on stage...
Abe: Yes, we were really hard-pressed mentally, and everyday felt like the first show.
Miyadate: For the whole of two months, every day flew by so fast, filled with anticipation and anxiety.
Sakuma: I was injured close to the end. Rather than the pain from the injury, I felt worse that I was causing trouble to the others. I told myself to bear with the pain and perform as per normal, but everyone, starting with Hikaru, stopped me by saying “think of the future and stay patient now”.
Iwamoto: I understand his feelings of wanting to go on stage, but it will become a bigger problem if his injury worsens.
Sakuma: But I’m someone who cannot control myself; so if no one had stopped me, I definitely would have overdone it. So I am really thankful, and I thought it is really great to be in a group.
Abe: Ah, those are really nice words.
Watanabe: Erm, I am just asking, but do you mean you’ve never had such a thought (that it’s great to be in a group) until now?!
Iwamoto: Don’t tell me it’s the first time you realized that we’re a group?
Sakuma: Of course not (laughs)!! I’m saying the realization has gone a level higher. After all, the members’ responses to my injury were really amazing.
Iwamoto: It happened during the first act, so during the 30-minute interval, we first had a discussion among ourselves on how to continue, and then we gathered the others, starting with SixTONES, to convey the changes and ask for them to react accordingly.
Miyadate: When you are on stage, it is a given that you need to react accordingly on the spot no matter what happens (T/N: sasuga majime Datesama).
Iwamoto: This performance itself carries the theme of “Show must go on”, so we carried that through in the actual practice as well.
Abe: Ah, we’re really saying better and better things.
Fukazawa: Can I take what Hikaru said earlier as my own words?
Watanabe: Can you add that after all the talk, all of us “cried out loud”?
Abe: Ah... (referring to Fukazawa and Watanabe’s words) to say such things is really more like us Snow Man (laughs).
Sakuma: I am really thankful. Once again I’m amazed by how quick we can turn things around, I think everyone has done well.
Watanabe: Don’t say it like you’re superior (laughs)!
(2) Your memories about “snow”
Iwamoto: When I wistfully think ‘I want it to snow’, it really snows! During Johnny's World last year too, when I thought ‘it’s about time... (for it to snow)’, it started snowing 2 days after that. My siblings and I played with the accumulated snow and made 6 (the number of Snow Man members) snowmen (laughs). But though we are called Snow Man, we haven’t gone skiing or played with snow together yet.
Fukazawa: During the Singapore run of ‘Takizawa Kabuki’, when snow fell during Takizawa (Hideaki) kun’s performance and the audience were really happy about touching snow for the first time, I felt really happy looking at that. Although I still get hyper in the snow now, a while ago I cried a little when the melted snow dirtied my shoes (laughs).
Watanabe: When I was a child, I played with my sister by filling a huge bucket with the snow accumulated in our backyard and chilling drinks in it. During the Singapore run of ‘Takizawa Kabuki’, a big shot said to us ‘perhaps because Snow Man is here, that’s why it’s snowing’ (laughs).
Miyadate: During my Coming of Age day three years ago, it was snowing heavily. I was involved in a stage show and couldn’t attend the ceremony, so I invited my grandma to watch me perform on stage. But it was snowing so heavily and she couldn’t come, it was a painful memory. But I love snow, and when I see patches of snow on the ground that doesn’t have footprints yet, I’ll stomp really hard (laughs).
Sakuma: In the past, once it started snowing, I would run out and get hyper in the snow (laughs). But recently, it was snowing during our stage show, so the first thing to appear in my head was the worry about traffic conditions and whether people would fall, from there I realized that I have grown to become an adult...
Abe: During our stage show in January, I was challenged by the seniors to predict whether it would snow that weekend, I thought it would but in the end it didn’t... It seems that it is difficult to predict snowfall in Tokyo, but as a Snow Man I will have to work hard to get it right the first time (laughs).
