i secretly dislike a lot of my mutual in laws it’s weird how some of my mutuals just have really annoying mutuals. but whatever this is tumblr being annoying is the status quo. it really just depends on how and why you’re annoying on tumblr

i feel like girlbloggers and the internet in general have overused the word girlhood when it comes to discussing media and other topics now it’s just a pointless vague buzzword that people throw around. i would happily never hear or read that word again

i think it’s weird how a lot of non-tumblr users are under the impression that tumblr doesn’t exist anymore or that it shut down or something. i remember talking to this girl last summer and I was like “oh i saw this post on tumblr yesterday” and she said “tumblr still exists??? can people still post on it????” and i was like yyeah?? it never stopped existing?

but i guess once a site stops being super mainstream people don’t know what happened to it. tumblr is kind of mainstream in my opinion but it’s still not as popular as a lot of places online
