Day 25 "I may not have everything I want but my belly is full, I am clothed, I am in my right mind, I have shelter, and I can freely inhale and exhale." The last 5 days of working out kicked my ass so resting my body weight on sore arms wasn't easy. Day 24 "I woke up to face another day...this is proof I am blessed" ✨ I looked up some modifications for the firefly pose and the Internet pretty much told me "you either flying or you not flying" 😂😂😂 After several deep sighs and hard falls I finally managed to get my feet about an inch off the ground...for like 5 seconds lol in my eyes success! Cherish today and every day.
