I’VE JUST RUN A 10K MARATHON!!!!!
Guys, this is so amazing! I can’t believe I did it! All this time of hard work with my coach and my personal sessions got a result! Omg, I am so proud of myself!
Now, this was a 10k marathon for charity (’Run for diabetes’) and I decided to run it to prove myself that I can do it.
It was hard. It was hard indeed. I had to push myself through tiredness and pain. There were moments when I just wanted to give up and stop running. But I refused to do it! I refused! Because I am strong! And so you are ;)
‘Cause... even if I ran a 10k marathon with extra 20 kg, I bet you also can do it <3

Hey guys, what’s up!
In front of you, there is my project for Istituto Marangoni. You can see here my T-shirt, business plan, printed blog (this one, on Tumblr) and my mood board.
So, the theme of my project was to create a sportswear brand in Russia which would be similar to Nike and Adidas (since in my country we don’t have such analogues) but also would be more stylish, comfortable and cheaper than the same Nike and Adidas. This was the one part of my project. The second part was to create a blog. And you remember the interview which I took at JD Sports employee? That was the part of my project too.
I don’t know wherever the teachers liked my project or don’t but since they didn’t call me for the referral I think it’s fine! :D 9(well, I hope so...)

Countries which I have visited
To be honest, I started to travel abroad only recently (due to some economical issues in my family). But I’ve already visited some countries such as Vietnam, England, Wales, China, Cyprus, and Croatia. Each of them is unique for me and represents a whole new world of emotions and possibilities. And now I am going to talk about each of them.
Vietnam is the first abroad country which I visited. There I went to two cities: Mũi Né and Ho Chi Minh. Mũi Né is a mall fisherman village which is situated in the South of Vietnam. There is nothing interesting in the village itself (except for beach and the Russian entourage of 2000s), but nearby there are lot of interesting places such as Buddhist temples, jungles, white dunes… It is beautiful there and also quite which is a perfect place for me. Now about Ho Chi Minh. I didn’t like this place though. It was a big city with lots of people, dangerous roads, dangerous streets, rubbish all over the place… I didn’t like that part of Vietnam indeed. But I still would love to return to Vietnam. Maybe I would visit Mũi Né again or would explore the North part of Vietnam, who knows…
The second country which I visited was England. Together with England I also visited Wales (sort of). I went on three-week English courses in Shrewsbury and during my stay there we traveled around an area and visited a small Wales town, which name I forgot. This town was small and was situated on the river, but I remember that I liked there (yes, as you can understand, I am in LOVE with small cities, towns and countryside villages). About Shrewsbury: there I spent on of my best vacations ever! During this three weeks, I improved my English, traveled around the England, was on my own and bought whatever I wanted to! It was magical time for me…
The next country is China. I went there with my mom to be her personal translator (since she believed that I have very good English skills). We went to Shanghai on Expo exhibition and spent 5 days in this city. We didn’t walk much there, only around the area where we lived (it was a business area). Shanghai is a beautiful city, but not for me, as you can guess. I don’t like such busy cities.
On Cyprus, I was with my mom and we had 10-day vacay. We were in the city named Larnaca and basically, we didn’t do anything there. Just eating, swimming, jogging sometimes and chilling, so I don’t have any particular opinion on such country like Cyprus because I haven’t explored that much.
And the last country I am going to write is Croatia. In Croatia, I went to fitness tour (which was an UNFORGETTABLE experience, believe me (not a sarcasm) ) and a company which organized this tour – Adria – made for a small tour around the country and what can I say here? Croatia is my favourite country which I visited so far. It doesn't have big cities or buildings. People here are kind and friendly. The atmosphere here as absolutely magical and the nature is absolutely beautiful here! So I recommend you to travel to Croatia with your family by car. You will have and unforgettable experience and also can fix your relationships.

Intuitive eating

Intuitive eating, just like many other dieting philosophies, goes by many names, including non-dieting or the non-diet approach, normal eating, wisdom eating, conscious eating and more.” (Wikipedia, 2017)
I want to tell you about my story. All my life I have been struggling with my weight. I was always an overweight girl. My family tried to fix this situation by forcing me to do a lot of sport and keep the diet. Forcing me into the sport was a good idea. I did a lot of sport: tennis, fitness, swimming, boxing, jogging. But the diet was a death to me. I didn’t keep them and secretly ate a lot of food and when they (my family) found out that, there were a lot of scandals. They did it because they were worried about my health. And indeed, now I have some issues with my health...
Recently I found out about this method - intuitive eating. I’ve read a lot of articles about it and started to practice this method for one month. I can say that this method is WORKING! I indeed lost 5 kg and feel great! Also, this method is teaching me to listen and feel my body!
I recommend everyone this method! This is one of the best things which happened in my life!
Valentino Resort 2018
This is the time when most of the fashion houses realise their Resort collections. According to what we see right now on the stage, this year’s theme is the cultural exploration.
Valentino’s designer Pierpaolo Piccioli decided to use the theme of American hip-hop. According to designer’s words, one of his inspiration was a Netflix show ‘The Get Down’. He also spent some time in New York and here is the result: jersey tracksuits in emerald, ruby, and pink shades; studded shower shoes; track skirts; track dresses.
Personally, I see here the theme of 1990s hip-hop and think that fashion is still under the effect of ‘Nowstalgia’. Nowstalgia is the idea of using a patchwork quilt of memories to make something current. I don’t think this is a bad trend because as a result, we can get such great clothes just like this.

How I live in London?
First of all, I would like to mention how exactly I went study in London. It happened in 2015 before my final year in school started. To be honest, at that time I didn’t think much about my future education. So I suggested that I could help my mom in her business (she owns a company which produces kidswear and sell it in the whole Russia). Mother accepted this idea and we started to look for a suitable university for me. My mom didn’t like universities in Russia, so we started to look abroad. We looked for different options: Australia, USA, China, until we stopped our choice on Istituto Marangoni. This college of fashion gave us an opportunity to study fashion business, which is a very good field for studying. And that’s how I appeared in London ;D
Now, short facts about how I live in London
EDUCATION: I study in Istituto Marangoni, London campus on Fashion street, in Shoreditch.
TRAVEL: Mainly I try to walk a lot (since it’s very good for your health), but when I need to go to the city center or museums or do some tasks for my university I travel by underground or bus. Every underground station is unique and has its own style. Buses here are also unusual - some of them have two floors.
FOOD: As we all know, London is a capital of cuisines. Here you can find all types of cuisines: from Australian to Venezuelan. But mainly I eat at home or take a snack from my college’s café.
HOME: I live on Old Street. It is very good area and has connections to other areas, such as Islington, Hackney, Shoreditch, and City.

Spitalfields
Spitalfields is the market which is situated in Shoreditch, just like Boxpark, so that’s why you can make a suggestion that this is place is also has something to do with creativity. And I would say yes. It’s not a usual market which you can see, for example, on the Whitechapel. In Spitalfields market, they vintage clothes, jewelry, Chanel cosmetics, very different kinds of food and others and others... The prices there are acceptable, so I don’t see any reasons not to go there!

Picadilly Circus
Picadilly Circus is basically a big square, where you can meet a lot of street musicians, dancers, artists, performers etc. Nothing fancy. But what I like Picadilly Circus is that wherever you go, there are lots of places which are visiting (Oxford street, China town, Trafalgar square, Charing Cross etc.), because Picadilly is a city center. In this place, I finally realized that I am in love with London!
Selfridges and John Lewis
Now, this post is for shopaholics, just like me :)
I decided to unite these two places because they are rather similar. Selfridges and John Lewis are retail shops who sell different kind of goods (clothes, bags, shoes, fragrances etc.) with one difference: Selfridges is a luxury retailer, and John Lewis is for people who are a little bit higher than mid class people. But even if you can’t afford to buy something is such shops, you should probably visit it anyway because they are beautiful places and full of modern English spirit
P.S. I did not do good pictures of outside the stores on purpoes. Because it doesn’t matter what’s outside. What is inside! That is what matters :)
P.P.S. And believe me, once you enter these places, you’ll remember my words.
Hyde Park
Despite the fact, that London is a city, not a town, there are lots of parks here. But one of the most popular of them is Hyde Park, of course. It is regularly visited by both tourists and local citizens. The park is anourmous so there will be a lot of space for everyone. Visitors will be delighted by the nature of this area. Strongly recommend visiting!
Boxpark
And the first place I am going to talk about is Boxpark. Boxpark is a shop of pop-up stores, where you can find a lot of different things - from vintage clothes to stickers. This place is situated in Shoreditch, one the most stylish and creative areas in London. On the second floor, there are different kind of cafés with different kind of food and alcohol drinks. Very often Boxpark launches parties, where you can meet bloggers, beginning bloggers or just young and creative place. This is a very unusual place for me since in my country we don’t have any similar things, so that’s why I decided to write about place. I hope it helped you. The next post will be here very soon.
