Prayer journal 1:patience

I decided to create a prayer journal. One of my friends gave me a beautiful thoughts journal for my birthday and I could fig no better way to right my thoughts then the ones I have with the lord.I fell that if I put it online even if no one sees it, I will have a better chance keeping up with it when it is hard to. I'm not going to share my personal prayers, because I am not comfortable with that, yet. I first read 2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be yoked together with nonebelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness. Right now I like a believer who goes to my church I just thought it would be a friendly reminder at all times ex specially considering in my last relationship my boyfriend wasn't a believer and I thought he was. The guy from my church,who I like, asked me if he asked me out what I would do. I told him I liked him and that he was my best friend then ran into class. After school one of my friends couldn't wait to tell me all about a concert they went to so I didn't get a chance to talk to him. It's a four day weekend and I won't see him at church, because he is in a tennis tournament. I like him, but he is different then the other guys I liked. He is truly my best friend not just an idea of one. I'm afraid to loose him over some stupid high school relationship and no for the first time if we do break up I will get hurt. The Lord has told me to be patient. I know it is not fair to ask him to wait for me, but I don't know how to explain to him that I'm scared because I actually care about him. I have decided to let God control what happens and allow him to decide if we go into a relationship. While reading my bible I also found lyrics to one of my favorite songs and added it to my journal. Our father in heaven Hallowed be your name Your kingdom come Your will be done One earth as it is in heaven Give us our daily bread Forgive us our debts as we also have forgiven our debtor And lead us not into temptation But deliver us from the evil one For if you forgive men when they sin against you your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. Mather 6:9-15 I do not know right now why God had me see these verses but I know that it is in his plan and I just need to have PATIENCE
