DALEM 2017 - FANTASTIC 92 out of 100 - MOE TRAIN APPROVED! This Fronsac is an unbelievable value. Rich red fruit, a touch of tobacco, and fine grain tannins. I promise you this wine needs significant breathing time, and is even better the next day. The second day mellows out any sharpness, and the beautiful fruit shines through. Although I let this breathe for a few hours the first day, I may totally wait till the second day to enjoy next time. Underground Pizza - Baltimore, MD at @powerplantlive (@undergroundpizzamd) I was in Baltimore, MD to emcee the @bigdillpickleparty, and my friends and I stopped by Underground Pizza for some energy and beverages! Fantastic place with top notch service. Christian was a great bartender… funny, attentive, and on top of his game. Picklebacks for the Big Dill Weekend! Their plain pizza is insanely good. Excellent crispy crust with a bit of butter and cheese, fresh tomatoes in the sauce… I could have eaten the entire pizza myself. As a matter of fact, I may do that later on after a few drinks! MOE TRAIN REVIEW: 10 OUT OF 10 - LEGENDARY STATUS! I love condiments, and I try “new” ones every chance I get… I don’t know what rock I’ve been living under to not try @laoganmachina Spicy Chili Crisp! It’s f**** amazing! The crispy texture and tingly/numbing effect of Szechuan peppercorns combines with the garlic, shallot and chilis makes for a ridiculously good eating experience… but it’s not a hot sauce! It’s mildly spicy at best, but the texture and flavor will blow you away. Hands down, this is THE BEST condiment I’ve had since Sriracha. Put this chili crisp on ANYTHING and it will make it better.
