Before my longer vent gets off topic:

"your so-called biological sex does not define your gender" and "hormone replacement therapy and other means of medical transition meaningfully change many of the traits we put under the loose umbrella of biological sex" are statements that have to coexist.

I am stalwart in considering myself both transgender and transsexual.

You are my sibling and my community if you transgress the gender that society forced on you, no matter what you are or are not doing to your body about it.

Additionally, the same cisnormative society that put us in those boxes in the first place is trying to tell me that what I do to my body is both dangerous and superficial as a means to strip my bodily autonomy away, and I will not ceded that bodily autonomy or make my choices seem fake and less meaningful to appease cisgender sensibilities.
