<Day 3: Costume>

Momo decided that she would make a costume dedicated to one of her favorite shows.

She’s really good at make-up and learned how to sew at a very young age.

Extra: I couldn’t choose on which costume that I wanted so I did a poll on Instagram where people decided between a Pink/Rose costume or a Princess Marco costume and apparently most people just chose the Pink/Rose costume. Anyway here’s a sketch of the princess Marco costume

Since it’s May 16, which just so happens to be both Momo’s and Hayden’s birthday I decided to do a little something, Hayden turns 26 and Momo turns 19! Happy birthday Babs!

First one is without lighting, second one with a multiply layer and third one with a luminosity layer.

No of fence but if you’re gonna like. Draw a realistic portrait of an anime character who lives in japan and has a Japanese name you miiiiighhht wanna maybe, I don’t know, draw them with Japanese features?

ANOTHER ADDITION- this goes for most East Asians but don’t fuckin color their skin YELLOW its super offensive

using yellow undertones is okay (as seen in example) but don’t make them look like the Simpsons

ALSO! If you are gonna draw an Asian person with darker skin, don’t make them BLACK! Asian people can have darker skin, but make it REALISTIC!

Asian people are not black and they are not white. Don’t straight up bend their race.

HELLO I’D LIKE TO ADD SOMETHING the colors you have shown are not correct,I’m asian and we have a different and more variety in skin tones, also that dark skin looks like a shading instead of what actual dark skin looks like

The skin tones in the original post is really ehhhh, its a bit to dark and greyish  asian and dark skinned people have more VARIETY in their skin than just follow one skin tone. actually im gonna link you guys here (a post full of skin tones) to help you!
