Time for some classic! Hiromi plays with a big smile on her face, transmitting her happiness to the listener. I love that. I love her, the way she plays, the way her fingers caress the keys, sometimes delicate, sometimes aggressive. Always true.

When some floks started labeling Pink Floyd as an “space rock” band, they decided to move away from that spot and even changed the lyrics of this song, “Echoes”, to a “submarine” theme instead of their original idea of a spacey theme.  In the end, Pink Floyd has proved to overcome the barriers of genre, developing a unique career.

This is the live performance of “Echoes” at the Italian city of Pompeii. One of the best musical movies ever, imho.
