I’m a Master of City Planning student from the University of New South Wales, and I need some help from location-based players to participate in my thesis questionnaire.
(despite the advertising pic, it's not limited to Pokemon Go and Ingress players, as long as the game integrates real-life locations)
My research is about identifying the implications of location-based video games for urban planning policy and practice, and considering whether there is a role for urban planning in ensuring that location-based games are played safely and do not have negative impacts on other users of the public realm — which is really our cause!
This questionnaire aims to identify how significant are the issues of nuisance, privacy safety, triggered by location-based games players. It should not take more than 8 minutes, though.
