How to use Donut Coffee Dripper
For one cup, use 12 grams of ground coffee beans and 120ml of hot water.
You can make up to 3 cups of coffee per use.
- Fold a cone filter to fit
- Weigh out about 25-30 grams of coffee for 3 cups (approximately two to three tablespoons of whole beans).
- Place Donut Coffee Dripper atop a cup or other brewing vessel.
- Insert a folded filter and add ground coffee beans. Give a gentle shake to even out the grounds and make a small depression in the center. (You don’t need to make the depression if you are making only one cup.)
- Pour a small amount of hot water
Pour slowly starting from the center. Pause when the surface starts to look inflated. Allow the dry coffee to absorb the water. The goal is to fully saturate the coffee grounds without any water dripping through the filter.
Wait for 25-35 seconds until you smell coffee aroma.
- Pour the rest of Hot water
Pour toward the center without losing the inflation.
Pour gently again and pause.
When you pour, pour slowly so the essence of coffee will be extracted.
Slowly and slowly. Be patient. Repeat this process.
Pour until your desired amount of hot water is filled.
- Done! Enjoy your dripped coffee.
