Ugh guys when lifters say avoid tærget it’s not to undermine you it’s because target is genuinely tough. I don’t steal clothes. I don’t need to, not really, I have so many clothes I can literally wear a different top every day of the year. I have more than 60 marvel t-shirts, 19 of those are Iron Man. I’m a serious tshirt geek.

That said since I used to work in retail I love detaching tags, even if it’s just to fuck with the shop. I bought one of those mini torch-like magnets for cheap on eBay. Trust me, they don’t work well.

They only work on certain kinds of tags, they’re generally too weak though for most modern ones.

What you want is the big ass, round golf magnet. The minimum you’re going to pay is £30 for a decent one. They need to be a strength of AT LEAST 15000GS, otherwise don’t bother. This is investing in a tool, if you’re a clothing lifter, you need one.

Actually tag detaching is usually the easy part, it’s ditching the tags and hangers that will cause you more problems.
