in all seriousness it's very alienating knowing theres Something Wrong With You. like seeing your mental illness come through in your behaviour and thought processes and knowing it's irrational and unhealthy, knowing other people are reading you as weird or stupid, and not being able to do anything about it is such a lonely experience

my time at my current job is running out. i will leave by the end of September and although i would've only been there for only a year, some of the memories ive made will stick with me for the rest of my life... most of them bad but in a slightly different world i think they would've been good. and the scant few good memories ive made here almost convinced me that maybe i should stay in lab work and don't quit at all
