02.11.2020 | The sky is starting to do that pretty thing I like, when orange & blue go together, although they don't, they do. Ya know? It's strange, but I love it. Spring is coming & I can't wait to plant seeds. I can't wait to see flowers blooming outside again. I can't wait for fresh air, sunlight, and the feeling of grass between my toes.

Last night we made chicken bites, homemade smashed potatoes, & homemade mac & cheese. Tonight we utilized our leftovers! I told Kevin we should deep fry the potatoes in bite size balls. Well... we decided to mix the mac & the potatoes (obviously for the best of both worlds), add more cheese, bread, & deep fry them, to make cheesy goodness. 'Twas a success & the kiddos are happy 🥰 Lots left so we are freezing the remainder to fry some other time.
