i learned today about ao3's time glitch and now im just feeling really disheartened

like i posted a fic literally in the time frame you're not supposed to post and now im wondering if I should repost it but some people subscribed to it and i feel it's not fair since I can't tell them abt it.

I guess I'll just upload the chapters and adjust the time but I just felt off the entire day. it's okay if people don't want to read because they didn't like the premise of the story but to be because of a bug made me pretty sad

fanfic writers, general writers, what are the best misunderstanding cliches you all like? I'm thinking of writing a fic where two characters are in love with two of their mutual friends, but these friends think the characters are dating and that leads to a lot of funny/cliche scenes, both happy and sad. tell me what inspires you to write these kind of stories!!

- You never need to worry about knowing what she thinks. Amber will always tell you exactly what’s on her mind. Any little worry she talks to you about, because she knows that you’ll listen and not judge her.

- Utterly adores your cooking. How are you so good at it? Seriously, you pull out some five star meals! She wants to watch you every time you cook, trying to figure out what exactly you do different, and it frustrates her every time because she can never quite figure it out.

- Admires your strength in battle. The two of you have a system when fighting monsters. While you rush in and take the front, Amber supports from behind, snipping down any enemies that may be in your blind spot.

as captain of the crux, beidou has always had a certain way of reading people, and you are definitely no exception.

she knows you like the back of her hand at this point, especially considering how much time you spend together (and how much attention she pays to you, despite her rowdy crew). she has all your mannerisms down to a t!

it's not much of an ordeal for her to find out that you seem to be acting off lately. tensing up when she pats your shoulder, flushing whenever she wraps an arm around your waist—and those were just the things she noticed earlier today! beidou could list off way more things just off the top of her head.
