And you shall not see it.

Victor thinks so lowly of the Creature, that he deprives him of something as minuscule as the warmth of the sun.

And in trapping the Creature where the sun can’t reach him, Victor Frankenstein practically tells him right from the start that he does not deserve life, nor the simple pleasures of it.

The sun is life.

He thinks the creature has no life.

The final scene of the movie, the Creature is bathed in sunlight.

It’s like he finally understands his value, and knows that he is in fact worthy of the simple pleasures of the world.

mth's siblings dynamic and writing is what every show or movie with siblings wish it was. the emo brick scene hits so close to home, it's the not talking about it while still being there for them. im gonna throw up. each of them have their own relationships with each other, jealousy, anger, inferiority complex, but despite everything they're siblings and they'll always be there... not sure about boomer tho that bitch is getting crazier and crazier, the cat scene had me on the edge of my seat the whole time bc i thought he was gonna kill the fucking cat omg.

unrelated but if butch rly does get the dick piercing i think buttercup should get a tongue piercing, butch deserves the unfathomable amounts of pinning he's going through rn. also i wanna know what buttercup wrote on his shoes, but i will trust sbj, that bitch always delivers.
