Morino Ibiki

We're pretty much canon-compliant here in terms of age, rank, etc, so:

Ibiki is an ANBU Black Ops Captain working in the Konoha Intelligence Division, and currently holding the position of Commander of the Torture & Interrogation Sub-Division.

His rank is that of Tokubetsu Jōnin (Tokujō), formerly holding the rank of Jōnin until his capture and subsequent torture, following a rescue attempt of his little brother Idate going horribly, horribly sideways and south.

Ibiki's age is the same as canon which means he is 27 during part one and 30-32 through Shippuden.

(Also as a note, Ibiki is aware of Idate's status and location for Shippuden, and he does communicate with his little brother, though relatively infrequently due to the increase in activity for Intel and his own department.)

Any of Boruto-timelines would put him at like 46-48. I don't watch the show so forgive my ignorance of certain topics.
