My family chose my patron goddess the day that I was born, but I couldn’t agree more with their choice. The Morrigan is the Celtic goddess of war and death, but also of strength and feminine power. She is extremely sharp and intelligent, often depicted as a crow on the battlefield, helping the living and dead alike. To sum it up— she is one badass bitch! . . I’m about halfway through this beautiful arc, Sisters of Sword & Song by @beccajross — I absolutely love her lyrical writing style! The Queen’s Rising duology was one of my favorites last year, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where this new story goes. Be sure to add this one to your tbr— it comes out in June! . .
