LEAST VOTES: Mephistopheles, with only 8.8%. Alas, the wonder of your hugs is known only to a few.
CLOSEST MATCH: Ryouma, with 46.2%. Close, but no cigar.
SO CLOSE, YET SO FAR: Avicebron. Was submitted three times, which would've made him tied for third most-submitted character (with Mash), but in an unfortunate turn of events, every single person who submitted him later went on to submit someone else, and I only counted their most recent submission. Four arms, zero hugs.

When I first thought about doing this tournament, I originally didn't want to because I was afraid it wouldn't get any attention and nobody would care about such a silly thing, so to see hundreds of you vote on each poll is very nice.

MOST SURPRISING LOSS: Could honestly go between Astolfo or Kintoki. Astolfo is one of the most popular Fate characters and the blog's icon is LITERALLY HIM, I thought he would at least make it to the semifinals. Kintoki is a super good hugger, has a dedicated fanartist in the fandom dedicated to making him the sexiest cuddliest boy ever, and the match between him and Voyager was SUPER close early on. I'm not surprised he got knocked out of the running, but seriously - 29.9%??? I guess that's the power of Voyager for ya.

I really should've said this earlier, but I was having an anxiety moment during Round 2 and didn't feel comfortable saying it. There were multiple people saying "this character sucks and isn't huggable at all" and it's like... If they're on this list, they're pretty damn huggable. I wouldn't let you put someone on here if I didn't think they deserved some physical affection. I get that it's probably a bit, but please, be nice even if the character is going up against your fav.
