Next I'm gonna ramble for a while about the process and themes behind my piece, if you're interested in stuff like that!

I was part of the Team Red/Murdermedia. In a pride flag, the color red represents life. I thought that was delightful, because, well.. All the murdering and stuff - and the afterlife mayhem that’s waiting for them~

So, we needed to pick a fitting Flower, one that matches the color, and tells something about our assigned ship~ The Bleeding Heart felt instantly fitting 😂 that bad boy got my brain going! ❣️ You don’t have to dig too deep to get the symbolism, it’s pretty straightforward here.. 😂 But, anyway, my research was fruitful.

What the Bleeding Heart flower symbolizes:

Expressing your emotions openly

A deep and passionate love between two people

Spurned or rejected love

A connection that goes beyond life and death.😏😏 Yeeeeah, they might not be the best pair to be open with their feelings. 😂 But I felt that maybe I can literally let them hold each other’s hearts. And umm.. connection that goes beyond life and death. That’ll do, pig. That’ll do. ❣️

I am extremely happy how delightful the whole project was! I was massively inspired, they are my favorite idiots, and I’m pretty happy with how my piece turned out! Yeah, okay. Now it’s time for me to stop rambling. 😂 I hope you like our zine, go and read it! Doesn’t cost a cent!!😘 Thank you! <3
