The Pride, The Fall
Probably from King James 16:18
First attempt at a logo. I have been very ‘generous’ with this, however I struggle to make a design stick because theres lots of aspects I’d like to include, but I end up sacrificing them in order to include others.
Helltag
Unfinished poster design I was working on. Still need to add the text and make a few changes. I’ll get round to that soon.
Horny Fawny
The finished version of a fawn I drew, which after a strike of inspiration became ‘Horny Fawny’.
I was flicking through an old sketchbook and found a quick sketch I did of a fawn. I decided to elaborate on it and add more horns. I ended up with this.
Coyote & Crow
Finished ‘Coyote & Crow’ print. I was happy with the colour and the band actually ended up sharing the design on their social media platforms, and I got some nice feedback. coyoteandcrow facebook.com/CoyoteAndCrowMusic
An illustration for a musical duo called Coyote & Crow. They make their own instruments and can be found busking on the streets of New York. coyoteandcrow facebook.com/CoyoteAndCrowMusic
The Wax Summoning
I’m a big fan of self contained drawing. I didn’t want to lose to much of the beast to shadow, I figured I would make him as visible as the warlock so the viewer is almost simultaneously struck by both the characters at a first look.
Drawing I did of an alchemist type character haunted by a beast by candlelight smoke. Theres a very thin underlying theme of alcoholism, with the empty bottles and the goblet matching the lanterns that hang from the beast. The candles were supposed to represent the birthday he will sacrifice for his addiction and the birthdays that the beast will gain from him. Or I just wanted to draw warlock with a badass monster. probably that.
Flush
Finished print. I like to think the blue/grey & yellow colours make it seem spiritual and fantasyic
