Have no where else to vent this but phoned in sick to work not cause of my physical health but cause of my mental health. I've been having really low moods for years but recently it's got really bad. I've been referred to occupational health through work and have been pushed towards counselling. Meeting with my GP Friday and seeing what I can do there. Not even sure what to say.
