Molly "dumbed-down" her family

So in episode 2 of Epithet Erased, we learned that Molly has a crippling fear of fire, we also learned that her mom died(from that a fire? I still don't know).

Now what-if, it's because of the trauma that incident of losing her mom caused, that Molly had a breakdown, and that breakdown made her unconsciously use her Epithet, resulting in her dad and sister becoming "dumb".

Her dad is neglectful to the point that Molly is the one running their store and even filing their taxes. And her sister(from what she told to Giovanni) uses her Epithet without thought of consequences.

Now it might just be the show being dumb as it is that kind of show and I'm just talking a lot of bull, but what if it's actually not?

Story Time

A gun and three bullets each bullet holds meaning The first bullet named, Denial; ignoring every problem that comes your way, once fired you accept all the things that happen around you. The second bullet, Fantasy; subjecting your mind to a place your comfortable in everything is fake and goes according to what you like, once fired you accept the world you live in as what it is from its good to its bad. The third bullet, Pain; you hide from the emotion you have by inflicting pain unto yourself to feel something else rather that emotion, once fired you accept your feeling, your pain, your all loving, yourself and the body you were born in even if it's a body you feel that's not for you, pain does not answer that. .... But, what about the gun? The gun is in a sense the things you do to focus yourself into to breaking free from the illusions that your bullets hold. The world you see wont change unless you break your illusions find something to focus your bullet unto to break away.

UK Gordon Ramsay is dealing with sensible people and edible food. US Ramsay is dealing with people who have actual health code violations in their restaurants yet claim to be good chefs running an acceptable business. Masterchef Junior Ramsay is teaching kids how to cook. No fucking WONDER there’s a massive difference.
