So I don’t think anyone was satisfied by how the current Magic story treated Jace. I sure wasn’t, not after the end of RIX. It felt like the author completely disregarded everything that happened and I’m not about that.

I don’t normally ever post my writing on Tumblr, and I don’t usually ever write canon characters either. But I decided to take a crack at writing out how I would have handled the scene where Jace appears on the Weatherlight. I know fix-it fic isn’t really usually considered kosher, but I like how it came out so I decided to share it here anyway.
