What’s up everyone! its been a hot minute since we have posted on here. Sometimes life gets to ahead of itself and time just slips away. With summer rolling around we hope to be able to post a lot more on our social medias. With that, we just wanna give a special shoutout to all our new followers that continues to grow everyday on here despite the lack of posting. We appreciate it all, so for that reason we gotta provide you guys with some more awesome tunes. Expectations - Sir Sly

What’s up everyone! It’s been a while since we have posted on here and we do apologize. But if you aren’t following us on twitter/instagram/soundcloud, you should because we are always posting! Anyways, excited to share this track with you guys today because Sir Sly is definitely one of my favorite indie bands to come out of Cali over the last few years. I remember hearing their song “Ghost” for the first time on a TV show and instantly couldnt stop listening to them. So now after the release of their album “You Haunt Me” over a year later, they have new music to share. Not only does their overall sound and Landons vocals make the band unique on their own, the darkness of the track stands out. Naturally, I am stoked to see what else Sir Sly has in store for the remainder of the year. Keep up the good work guys. 3 am - HONNE

Can’t seem to get enough of these guys! Every time they release a track I am never disappointed. Ever since I heard their track “The Night” about a year ago, I been a fan ever since. One of the biggest things I like about HONNE is their lyrics and also their vocals, I think that sets them apart from other bands that sound similar. However, their use of beats and synths are rather unique and can be admired. I think this track in particular displays that. As always, if you like this track, i highly recommend checking out their soundcloud and their upcoming album “Gone Are The Days” which is available this week, January 22nd. Hope you guys enjoy the track and stay wicked~

Northern Skyline - PLANET

Got a killer band from Sydney, AU to share with you guys today. I’m glad we stumbled upon these guys today on my stream. The guitar riff and indie elements makes it a perfect track along with the vocals and not to mention the compelling lyrics. I’m loving the grungy background vocals near the end of the song that give the track that edgy sound. Although this band is fairly new, I am hoping to see more from them in the future. I Do, Do You? - HIGHS

Canada never seems to disappoint me when it comes to making music lately and this band is no exception. Based in Toronto and killing the indie scene with tracks like the one we have here today. Being a Toronto native ourselves, we love hearing and seeing Canadian artist make their way up through the music scene. We can only expect to hear more about them in the future especially with the newer music that’s come out, we will hopefully see another EP in the future. Samson - Easy Kill

This UK band sure knows what they’re doing. The band defines their sound as doom-pop, although displays many elements of indie as well. The vocals are however very unique and go well with the lyric style. This is their first single for their new EP “Sermons” that’s coming soon. We highly recommend if you like this song to check out their soundcloud where you can take a listen to songs from their older EPs which continue to impress. Witchcraft - Bohnes

Very excited to share this track with you guys today because of Alexander DeLeon which goes by Bohnes. The reason why I am so excited about Bohnes is because Alexander DeLeon was the lead singer of the band The Cab. Now when I was in high school The Cab was one of my favorite bands, their Whisper Wars album was one of my most listened to albums while in high school at the time. So naturally, when one of your old time favorite bands band members goes solo you get excited about - well new music. What I love about Bohnes is that for me, Alexander has managed to find a way to create his own sound that is authentic for him but still maintaining minor foundations of The Cab, which is easily seen in his track “Guns and Roses” and can be admired by long time fans like me. Nonetheless, myself and the rest of Motionless are stoked to see what else Bohnes is going to release in 2016 (hopefully an album lol) and we hope Alex keeps up the dope work and we hope you guys enjoy this track. Only For You - Just Kiddin

Just Kiddin is finally back with some killer new music after their awesome and extremely catchy track “Thinkin About It”. I don’t know want to know how many times I listened to that song when I first heard about a year and a bit ago. So naturally when I saw them post on soundcloud I was stoked. It’s no surprise that this track is just as good as their last couple tracks. The continue to showcase progressive deep house sounds, that never seem to fail. Anyway, we hope you guys enjoy the track and can’t wait to see more from these guys in 2016! Cheers.

Waves EP - Wolf Saga

If any of you guys have been following us for a while you’ll know that as Canadians we love supporting our fellow Canadian artist! Wolf Saga is definitely worth a mention. I found this gem on our soundcloud stream earlier and after just a couple minutes of listening to the EP, I knew it was a keeper. I gotta say all the tracks are solid - lovin the electronic pop vibes. We definitely will have to snag some tickets to one of their two upcoming shows in Toronto this month. What’s up everyone? I hope you all are having a great holiday season, I know the motionless team is! As it approaches the end of the year, I like reflect on the year and how far i’ve come, what i’ve accomplished, my ups and downs, and of course being extremely grateful for all of you guys that follow us on our blog and other social medias! This song is the perfect song to listen to and it makes you think about life and such. I love the way the guitar is played in the track, and each lyric strikes a cord with the listener! November 24th Playlist

What’s up everyone! I hope everyone is having a killer week. For all those Americans, I hope you’re getting ready for thanksgiving in the next two days. I’ll be in Philly for thanksgiving, and it’ll be my first time being in the US during Thanksgiving so im stoked. Anyways, we got an awesome playlist for you guys to enjoy the rest of the week before Christmas music takes over the airwaves. Proud to tell you guys about this Toronto native that i stumbled across on my stream today. As a fellow Canadian from Toronto, I’m stoked that more and more rnb and rap artist becoming popular out of Toronto. Definitely going to spend some of my weekend listening to this EP in entirety, but not even 5 mins worth of a listen and I was impressed. Infinite High - Panama Wedding

Panama Wedding is back with their second single for their upcoming EP “Into Focus” which releases November 6th. This track brings the upbeat pop that we loved about Panama Wedding in the first place. Obviously I can’t wait to listen to the entire EP when it releases. I just recently purchased tickets to see them and Great Good Fine Ok, along with Scavenger Hunt in Philly in December and I’m hella stoked to see all of them. Nonethless, enjoy the track, definitely a good song for the weekend! Cheers

Breaking the Doors - Michael Calfan

Who doesn’t love a good house track? Found this track on my stream last night and it put me in a good mood. No suprise that the song is good, Spinnin’ records is always finding the best artist. I definitely listened to this song while at the gym today. I’m a fan of Michael Calfan after this song and I’ll for sure have to take some time to check out his soundcloud and see what other awesome tracks he has to offer. Cheers

Chemistry feat. Blackbear - Skizzy Mars

it’s always a treat when one of your favorite rappers and singer collab together. I remember finding both of these guys on soundcloud and instantly loving their music. Skizzy raps about some of the realest things while blackbear keeps his lyrics just as real. This song demonstrates how unique both artist like to be portrayed. Aint much else to say about the song other than to have you guys listen for yourself!

Waiting to Ignite feat. Ren Farren - Goldroom

I found myself listening to Goldroom’s “Its Like We Never Went Away” EP over the last couple weeks for some reason. So naturally I was ecstatic to find a new track by him on the stream a couple nights ago. Obviously I’m stoked that they are making new music but more importantly I love the sound of this song. It’s got a lot of pop and funk sound and Ren Farren vocals add nicely to the sound. Can’t wait for more music from this guy!

The Dreamer - Anna of the North

Just found out about Anna of the North today actually, we stumbled upon her soundcloud on our stream and thankfully we pressed play! This Scandinavian native manages to provide vocals that compliment the new wave/ pop sound so well, while keeping the lyrics very minimalistic the song still remains strong. We’re definitely going to have to spend some time listening to her other stuff and knowing more about her. Cheers and we hope you enjoy!
