SUNGKI x SUN
I’m sure we’ll meet in the spring And catch up on everything I’ll say I’m proud of all that you’ve done You taught me the ropes, and you taught me to love
annabelweasley:
Annabel felt suddenly sobered up by the cold air that always seemed situated in the Hogwarts dungeons, coupled with their conversation turning into one much more serious than they’d had in months. So they were finally going to talk about it. “No,” She said simply, crossing her arms across her chest. “You don’t get to be upset about it and you don’t get to hold all your hate for Sun.” She looked at him in the eye. “Stop giving a fuck about him, Sungki. Stop being jealous. Let him go and let him live his life.
Sungki bit his lip to keep from snapping at Annabel. He knew it wouldn’t get him anywhere good. All he’d probably get was a spell to the chest. She spoke like this often, bluntly, but that didn’t mean her words didn’t hit him like a ton of bricks. Jealous. How had she done it? Moved on from Sun so quickly. Given, there was less emotion between them and his friend was easily able to seperate things. He couldn’t. “Of course I’m jealous.” He threw his hands up. “It’s not as easy as ‘let go’ for me Anna. I was in love with him.”

annabelweasley:
Annabel looked at him, eyebrows drawn, pouting a bit as he smacked the half-consumed treats from her. “I would have eaten those.” She huffed. Annabel might not be the most sober at that moment, but she knew Sungki. Had known Sungki for a large portion of her life and knew he was horrible at hiding things. “It’s because of Sun. We both know it.” She gave him a look before deciding to drag them both out of the party atmosphere. This was not a conversation to be overheard by hoards of people. “You didn’t go because Sun is there, with his new boyfriend and new friends.”
Sungki huffed as he was unceremoniously pulled into the cold dungeons that surrounded the Slytherin common room. He crossed his arms over his chest and sniffed, avoiding eye contact with the other. He didn’t like to talk about Sun...or think about Sun, but He knew Annabel wouldn’t let up on the topic. “He replaced us Anna. I’m not allowed to be upset about that?” He bit his lip. “I don’t want his champion status and ‘eternal glory’ shoved in my face. He doesn’t deserve it.”
ambrosemoon:
Ambrose had been pacing the grounds, nervous about the upcoming task. He felt as if his shoes had touched every part of them by now. It was dangerous, very very very dangerous. Rumors had been flying left and right. About the possibility of death, about the Praesumptor, about the Bond. It all got to be too much for him to hear, to handle. He had begun to wonder why in Merlin’s name he had signed himself up for this tournament. True, he had put himself and his life in danger many times in his life and planned to do so in the future, if there was a future, but he wasn’t sure about being mauled to death by some magical creature while everyone watched. His source of relief came in the form of a silver-haired boy, laying in the distance. “Ah, I thought you had passed out again.” Ambrose moved to sit next to him. “I find it easier to think in fresh air.”
Sungki sat up to face the other, legs crossed. “You know, I don’t spout prophecies every day.” He grinned, putting his chin on his hands as he gazed at the other. He had only known Ambrose for a short while but he genuinely enjoyed any time he was able to spend with him. However now, there was a weight hanging around them. “Think about the super secret, super deadly task?” Sungki tilted his head, light hair and earring suspended. He hoped that if he brought some humor into the situation they’d both feel less anxious.
annabelweasley:
Annabel sighed loudly, turning to collect her things which had been strewn on the floor next to her. Her robes, her shoes, some slightly eaten snacks she thought may be worth holding onto. She stumbled again, grabbing a handful of his robes to keep herself steady. “Well it’s called having fun. I don’t see you having any fun tonight.” She raised an eyebrow at him. “Why aren’t you at the Ball? Don’t tell me it’s because you couldn’t get a date. I saw Zhan Da and Luna Feng practically chasing you down.”
Sungki smacked the loose snacks out of her hand as soon as she grabbed them. He had a feeling half eaten Cauldron Cakes didn’t fare well in the pockets of robes, however he wouldn’t have been surprised if the other girl ate them anyway. Sungki grunted slightly as he was suddenly jerked into a uncomfortable bent position. Huffing, he unfastened her hand from him. “That’s hardly your business.” he avoided eye contact as he smoothed his shirt, “Not to mention, we both know Zhan Da is clinically insane and Luna Feng has some sort of gum disease that I, for one, don’t want anywhere near me.”
Sungki lay in the grass, running his hands through the blades while he looked up at the stark blue sky. He had to repeatedly remind himself that his visions sometimes never came true. But this one... this one he had been having since mid summer. He felt it deep down, in him: death. Death hung over this tournament like a black cloud and with the first task coming up, it was hard for him to ignore it. He looked closed his eyes and sat up abruptly, running a hand through his hair. There it was again, pressing in on him, spiking suddenly, almost as if- he jumped as he heard someone approaching. “Ambrose?” He asked, eyebrows drawn together. “What are you doing out here?”
@ambrosemoon
annabelweasley:
A small sound of alarm escaped Annabel as she was pulled from the task at hand and unceremoniously onto her ass. In her inebriated state, she still managed to spin around - albeit a little wobbly - landing in a crouched position, in the process pulling her wand from her robes, only to find the likes of Muk Sungki at the end of it. She sighed, tucking her wand away and rolling her eyes. “First off,” She stood, nearly stumbling over her feet, “I am not drunk. And second, no one ever said you had to be my keeper.”
Sungki swatted at the other’s wand, huffing. The other’s’ focus was on combative magic, thus, being her friend meant he had taken a hex or two from her in moments of surprise. His hands shot out to steady the other, keeping his arms hovered near her like a parent with a toddler who hadn’t quite gotten the hang of walking. “Well either your drunk off your ass or you forgot how to stand up.” He rolled his eyes. “Please, I declared myself your “keeper” a long time ago. You should thank me. You’d be dead by now if I hadn’t.”
annabelweasley:
Annabel sat in a circle with many students she had never seen in her life before, a bottle of Fire Whiskey clutched in one hand. “We’re really doing this? Are we 12?” She huffed, draining the last of it’s contents before handing it over to a Ilvermorny boy who placed it in the middle and spun. She was exceedingly glad she had drank so much as she watched the thing land. “Well come here, let’s get this over with.”
Sungki ducked into the Slytherin common room, scanning the crowds of chattering students, spotting a particularly suspicious circle of half-drunk wizards and witches. He sighed, running a hand through his silver hair before weaving through the mass of bodies to arrive directly behind the person he was looking for. Annabel was halfway to a rather excited looking Durmstrang boy when Sungki closed a hand around the back of her shirt, yanking her away from him. “Why do I always have to be the one to come fetch you when you’re drunk? Why are you always drunk?”
vclvetis:
“Are you sure?” She asked, stepping back. He seemed okay enough but she couldn’t help but wonder. With his next question, she doubted a little, shaking her head. “I’m not sure. I was just walking out and I saw you… passed out? Were you passed out?” Sandy asked, raising her eyebrows as it was evident, even to her, that asking such a thing probably came out weird. Not having much time to dwell on it, she simply shrugged it off. “Do you need my help to get up? I kinda don’t wanna leave you here like that.”
Sungki balanced an elbow on one of his knees, checking both ears and his nose for any traces of blood. Sometimes he would bleed after prophecies. This happened to be a rare lucky time when that wasn’t the case. He looked up at the girl, squinting a bit. “I was passed out. I’m a seer. I black out sometimes. Make prophecies.” He said casually. “I’m good.” He grunted pushing himself of the ground, “Muk Sungki. Imperial Academy.” He held out a hand.
Sungki’s eyes opened with a snap, his ears ringing. This was not unfamiliar to him, one moment walking and the next on his back. He had seen something, perhaps spoken aloud, he wasn’t sure, he never was. He had been having this vision over and over since stepping foot on the Hogwarts grounds, but it was never clear enough for him to make heads or tails of it. Someone was hanging over him, obstructing his view of the morning sky. “I’m fine.” He said before they could speak, sitting up. “It happens. Do you know how long I was down?”
she skipped through the hallways with gentle footsteps, exploring the school her parents used to study in. alice loved every inch of the castle, from moving staircases, talking paintings to floating candles and an enchanted ceiling. she thought she should give her father a visit but was not sure whether he would be where she think he will be at. “excuse me. do you know where is the way to the greenhouse?”
Sungki was leaning against a cold stone wall in the entrance way, a book on palmistry propped up in his lap. He couldn’t truly make heads or tails of it. As much as he tried to use ‘normal’ divination techniques to channel his abilities, he could never manage it. He was grateful for the interruption. “I can’t say I do. I’m from the Imperial Academy. Where are you from?”
stingslikeascorpius:
Scorpius pulled out his wand and pointed it at Sungki’s sleeve, not wanting the beautiful fabric to get ruined. “Scourgify,” he muttered, before looking back up. “It’s nothing, honestly.” He leaned back, content that the other wasn’t about to start bleeding again and slid down next to him, leaning against the wall. “A seer? Wow – that’s – very wow!” He said. He’d never met a seer before. He wasn’t even entirely sure divination wasn’t a complete load of bull. But he wasn’t going to pick a fight with someone he’d just met over it. “Pleased to make your acquaintance, Sungki. How are you liking Hogwarts? It must be very different from the academy.”
Sungki watched his sleeve return back to it’s normal state. “Well damn.” He grinned up at the other. “I’ve only known you for a few minutes and you’ve already shown me up.” He ran a ringed hand through his hair. “Not that that’s entirely difficult. I may be Seer, whatever that’s worth, but I’m a shit wizard.” He got a lot of reactions to his revealing himself as a Seer. Mostly skepticism and laughter. In his youth, he rarely told anyone, but as he got older it became obvious that it was better to warn others before he passed out and started spouting things. “Ah it’s a bit small compared my school, but it’s more cozy. Ours is so large I’m not sure I could walk across it in a day. Makes for less of a homey feel.”
stingslikeascorpius:
Scorpius opened his mouth to question further – bleeding from the ears on the regular sure didn’t sound very good – but he snapped it back shut at the next question. He dabbed at the other boy’s ear for a moment with his handkerchief, staring intently as the fabric stained ruby before answering softly. “My name is Scorpius. I go to Hogwarts. You’re from a visiting school, right?”
Sungki attempted to scrub at the blood from his face away with the bell sleeve of his ceremonial robes, staining some of the intricate embroidery crimson, before the other brought out his handkerchief. “Thank you.” He told him. “I’m a seer. You just witnessed a prophecy being made but unfortunately not recorded.” He chuckled a bit. “I’m Sungki. The Imperial Academy.”
stingslikeascorpius:
Scorpius shook his head, eyes wide. “Not that I heard…” He reached out tentatively, before hesitating and pulling back. Instead, he reached into his robes and pulled out a silk handkerchief and held it to the other. “You’re bleeding. Are you alright?”

Sungki’s eyes snapped open, blood already trickling down from his ears and into his hair. He sat up, looking up to see the inside of Hogwarts castle. He didn’t know where he was inside it, some corridor he didn’t recognize. He looked up to see someone standing over him. “Did I say anything?”
