These dumplings are great on their own, with rice or noodles. They also freeze well and can be cooked from frozen, so I always make a big batch!

Salt And Chili Tofu

Simply cube the tofu, deep fry in cornflour. to make the seasoning I fried some diced shallots, green chilies, and a green pepper, added a mix of salt and black pepper then mixed it all up with the tofu in a big bowl.
