Lchf here I come!

Tomorrow starts my journey on the lchf way of eating. I have my meals planned, macros input and in line with my goals, my grocery list is made and I'm ready. Tomorrow morning will be weigh in, measurements and pics. I'd like to lose 17# (according to last weigh in) and then up my calories but stay on lchf for maintenance.

Over the last month, I've had multiple new girls at my box compliment my form on lifts and other things. One watched my 16.2 performance, she was supposed to change my weights. I think it was the third round and she had forgot to change them. She said "I'm so sorry! I was just mesmerized watching you..everything looked so perfect!" Such good feelings. Just a year ago I was that person. Always feeling like the worst in the group, admiring the stronger women....now things have shifted. Makes all my hard work totally worth it.
