Asking â Emma/Ludo
âYeah, for the most part. Looks like a couple were already checked out but nothing that we desperately need.âÂ
He looked over at her in concern. She wasnât as jumpy as other girls would be given the situation but it was obvious that the whole thing with Dolohov left her shaken. Â
Ludo reached a hand out and placed it on her arm with a small smile. âYou sure you want to work on all of this now? Iâm sure now that we have the books the rest will fall into place.â If it came down to it, he could cover a lot of the project on his own. It wouldnât be ideal but it would take some of the stress off of Emma. âYou just seemed to be in your own world when I came back.â
Once he had touched her arm, she made sure she didnât flinch. The forced kissing was one thing, but she never told him about the classroom. About how there were little mentions of worse intentions; how she did use a hex on Dolohov -- of course that shouldâve been justified by the circumstances.
Returning the small smile, she replied. âMaybe youâre right... Iâm sure we can manage later?â However when Ludo brought up about her being off in her thoughts, Emma shrugged. She obviously wasnât sure how to say it -- or what to say, even -- but she had to say something.
âThereâs a lot going on, is all. First with Dolohov, now with the dance coming up...â
Asking â Emma/Ludo
ludo--bagman
After everything that had been happening, Emma took little notice of the Ball coming up soon. That was, however, until she kept hearing people talk of it. And the King and Queen nominations - she supposed she should go. Especially since she was one of the candidates for the Queen title.
Besides maybe it would make her forget about recent events. A good distraction; she loved getting dressed up, so itâd be perfect. Or well as perfect as it can get.
But at the sound of books hitting the library table, Emma looked up - coming out of her own thoughts. Right now, she had a project to work on with Ludo; any dance related topics would have to wait. Unless he wanted to talk about it, that is.
   âDid you find them?â
âI make no promises. Especially if it has you this upset.â
âDolohov kissed me...â

Warning(s): Abuse, rape mention (nothing happens, but just to be safe).
âEr, I casually mentioned that you twoâve been talking a lot lately. Dolohovâs probably jealous is all.âÂ
âDolohov better not go after him now... Who knows what could happen...â
âI didnât tell him anything. We were just having a conversation. We talked about him and you, and you and Ludo, and Quid stuff âŠâ
âMe and Ludo? Why?â
âYou donât seem very fine to me.â
âDon't freak out when I tell you, okay?â
"Try me."
âDolohov kissed me, I didnât want him to, then he did it again. Heâs on the team, so I... donât know.â
âWell settle down, then. I didnât know ~ I was talkin âbout quidditch still. Why didnât you just give âem a swift kick to the cock ?â
âHe's still one of my better players and I still need him fit to play.â
"Iâve used that lie so many times, cara. You donât look fine."
âItâs just... complicated.â
âReally ? He good or somethinâ ? ⊠⊠Whatâre you on about ? What kind of âpersonal stanceâ you got ? Still canât believe you get so mad over it âŠâ
âConsidering I was forced into kissing him, I think I have a reason to be mad over it.â
âAlways reckoned you could take any bloke on your own. Why was this one so different, then ?âÂ
âBecause it's Dolohov and I need him for Quidditch - no matter my personal stance with him.â
âWell you havenât moved all day so I reckon thatâs a lie. What happened ?âÂ
âJust some guy was being a real creep..â
"Who says we have to go after his face. We can definitely get revenge and still leave him able to play."
âI suppose. I just donât want him to do something more when heâs angry, you know?â
âUm ⊠well, we were talking and âŠâ
âI dunno, I told him I thought you guys would be a good match. I didnât know he creeped you out!â
â... What else did you happen to tell him? Because he sure believed it.â
