I really like how FFXIV subverts stereotypes kinda accidentally. Like everybody has their own thing going on and the plot is based off of final fantasy elements but still. Also spoilers for Endwalker.

For example:

The Knight- Estinien. You expect him to fight dragons. And he does. However the dragons are justified in their wrath and Estinien is later corrupted by the dragon eye.

The Prince- Graha Tia. He is technically a prince and follows his stereotype of being the last of the royal bloodline/wanting to be a hero.

He ends up being the one locked up in the tower then later gets kidnapped.

The Wizard- Mysterious wise mage who is shrouded in mystery and prophecies? That's urianger? What does this trusted advisor do? Betrays you. (Technically) Twice!

The Damsel- Pretty pink priestess who gets kidnapped a lot ends up possessed by her goddess and freaking dies.

The Hero- (you) some rando that rides a pig and doesn't sleep

I guess you know you're obsessed with your ship when you start thinking about what their kids would look like. There's a lot of different things I've seen lore wise about children with parents from two different races. I like the idea of the child being of the mother's race and inheriting some features of the father's. I thought Lulu and Raha having a little lala girl with miqo ears would be so cute!

They named her in both their tribal traditions. Like Sunseeker females, she inherited her father's forename for her surname and her forename was chosen by following the Dunesfolk pattern of syllable repetition making her name Raraha Raha!

Lulu and Raha overflow with so much love for each other I don't see how that couldn't possibly extend to their beloved daughter to the point of her feeling a little embarrassed and smothered by it all!
