Favourite Emergency! Quotes

I'm procrastinating watching Greatest Rescues, so I thought I'd compile a bunch of my favourite quotes from the show. I'm likely to add more later (I'm incapable of being brief). Feel free to add any others, there are so many gems.

Johnny: "I hope you cook it better than you say it." (Cook's Tour)

Roy: "You're younger." Johnny: "You're prettier." (Cook's Tour - I think, this is off the top of my head)

Captain Stanley: "If it isn't in the book, there must be something wrong with it. If the fire department had wanted us to polish nozzles on a dog, they'd have put it in the book, wouldn't they?" (Upward and Onward)

Captain Stanley: "No, they made that up, DeSoto's mother is named mum mom." (Communication Gaffe)

Roy: "I must be getting old. I don't like pop art, rock music. I don't smoke pot. I keep my hair cut too short. I take a shower every day." (Frequency)

Robert (from a rescue): "Dear Dad, buzz off. Love, Robert. No, no, make that hate, Robert." (The Professor) Admittedly not actually one of my favourites, but I was reminded of it and it made me laugh, considering it's such a serious scene.

Johnny: "To hell with the orders." (Pilot) This is such a simple line, but it's probably my favourite ever, owing to the delivery and I wish I could see it for the first time again. I practically cheered the first time.

Roy: "What do you expect me to use? Mayonnaise?"

Johnny: "Hey, that'd be kind of different." (Syndrome)

I mean, the whole scene is amusing. I also kind of loved Roy telling Johnny and Chet to play on the freeway.

The whole first scene in Helpful, but particularly...

Johnny: "You're fooling with the resuscitator and don't even know what you're doing."

Cook's Tour had a few other gems, such as the banter in the shopping scene and...

Roy: How come this station doesn’t have any rosemary?

Mike: Who’s Rosemary?

Johnny: It's got to be the girl who's gonna teach him how to boil water.

Johnny: "I can drive the squad." (Heavyweight)

Another example of the delivery just being perfect for the situation.
