small ways you can do this

drink a new type of tea & buy a mug you really love

change your lightbulbs to ones with more orange/softer light

knit/crochet a scarf (there are some really easy tutorials on youtube!) and wear it all winter

meet a friend and hug them for longer than you usually do

use lamps instead of overhead lights

look up when the sun sets and watch it do so

cook something warm and brothy for yourself

sleep with a hot water bottle

buy a puzzle or print a crossword or a colour-in book and do something with your hands

paint something even if you dont think you can paint at all

buy a scented candle and light it

tell people you love them

sometimes i really love being an adult bc like if i was 17 and asked my mom for 7.99 to support one website slam dunking another as it goes down in flames she would roll her eyes and tell me to save my money for better things but now that im 28 i have full autonomy over my money i can just. spend 7.99 because i think a joke is funny and it made me laugh
