When A Thing Overpowers You
Sh. Ibn al-‘Uthaymīn Raḥimahullāh: “When something tires and overpowers you say:
‘Laa Ḥawla Walaa Quwwata Illaa Billaah’, then Allāh will make it easy for you.”
● [شرح رياض الصالحين ٥\٥٢٢]
Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun, tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anna O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive us.
Imām Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:
“If those who give Sadaqah [charity] knows that their Sadaqah falls on Allah (Ta'ālā)’s Hand before the hand of the poor, then surely, the joy of giving would be more than the joy of receiving.”
[Madārij Al-Sālikīn]
•Ya Allah protect me from the evil consequences of my deeds

Imām Ahmad b. Ḥanbāl said:
“If a man knows himself, the speech of people will not benefit him.”
● [Sīyar A’lām Al-Nubalā` (v. 11, 211)]
Ibn Mas'ood رضي الله عنه: “Qur’ān is the Speech of Allāh, uncreated, so indeed whoever loves Qur’ān then he loves Allāh.”
● [فقه الأدعية والأذكار ج١ ص٦٦]
Prophet ﷺ said: “That which will admit most people to Jannah is fear of Allāh and the good character.”
● [رواه الترمذي ، صححه الألباني]
The Prophet’s ﷺ advice to ʿAlee Ibn Abee Ṭaalib.
"If Allāh guides a person through you, it is better for you than everything on the Earth."
● [صحيح البخاري ٢٧٨٣, صحيح مسلم ٢٤٠٦]
The power of Dua in unbelievable. Make dua with tawakkul and wait for the miracle. It's yours. Planned long before you even asked for it. Know that Allah is never late. He grants us blessings we need on time. Be grateful to Allah and think good thoughts. Blessings will come your way.
Become so confident in Allah's plan that you don't get upset when things don't go your way because sometimes what you lose is exactly what protects you, and what you wait for is exactly what will bless you. Trust His timing, even when you don't understand His wisdom.
Al Bassaam رحمه الله said:
"Fasting increases mercy and people AWARE of the pain suffered by those less fortunate."
