My response in my head without saying anything to him: “What the Fuck??!!!”

It’s one thing to reach success; it’s another to maintain it. The core difference is based on mindset. The mental perspective one has while working towards achieving that 1st success is a constant state of progress and focus towards achievement. When one finally reached that 1st  success one tends to exhale and relax to enjoy the fruits of his/her efforts ; and in many cases, the decision about how to celebrate is made after success is reached. However, this exhale/relaxation/celebration period is also your success momentum stopper because your mindset is temporarily no longer in constant state of working and focus towards achievement (because he/she takes time to decide how to celebrate and do the celebration itself). This doesn’t mean you can’t regain your previous mental state of working toward success and focus. It just may take a certain period of time to get back into the success groove/flow/work ethic one original had while obtaining that initial success.

Maintaining success requires one to never take her/his mental focus off the gas; immediately upon achieving a goal one is already prepared and beginning to execute another. This means he/she keeps that success momentum flow feeling, work ethic, and mindset. This doesn’t mean she/he doesn’t celebrate achievement. It means the “how to” celebrate decision of achieving each success is already PART of the plan of execution pertaining to each success before any action steps are made towards achievement. Therefore, the celebration becomes a natural part of the process of success that one does not mentally stop nor relax temporarily before working on the next goal. Another mental component to maintain success is constantly creating and implementing new goals. The business motive behind the death of Jeffrey Epstein: People, don’t be surprised if Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged suicide was a forced suicide or indirect/direct hit (murder) because if his case would’ve continued with him alive, A LOT of Billionaires and Multi-Millionaires businesses and lives would be RUINED- So understand there was plenty of motive to ensure his death came immediately;  the following information which was released a couple of days ago ultimately sealed his immediate fate: “The newly-unsealed documents showed that Giuffre alleged that Epstein and Maxwell directed her to have sex with, among others: Prince Andrew; criminal defense attorney Alan Dershowitz; former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson; former Senator George Mitchell; a well-known prime minster, who she wouldn't name; and a foreign man who was introduced to her as a "prince." One article said that there are pictures that show Prince Andrew touching the breast of Giuffre when she was a minor- if this is true, that’s starts a major FIRE! 

Reputation is very important to maintaining a successful business; this case is an example of how quick a positive reputation can turn negative.

Since kids are about to return to school, it would be wise to ensure your kids are developing high income skills now because traditional schools and universities don't teach them.

A high income skill has 3 elements:

1) Few people can do it.

2) That skill is in demand now and will be in demand in the future.

3) A person with that skill can earn at least $250,000 per year (in 5 years from now that yearly earnings minimum will be $300,000 due to inflation)

Usually it takes nearly a decade or more to develop (become an expert) that high income skill (there are exceptions).

What caused me to write this post is that I heard a guy who makes more than $500,000 per year complaining about the taxes he was paying. While he was talking, I just kept thinking "you doesn't know the game of business wealth".

Wealth is not only about making alot of money. Wealth Rules are about these 3 things:

1) Make a lot of money (making a lot of money involves already having or developing a high income skill assuming you don’t have one). A high income skill is transferable. By high income that means that skill alone can make you at least $250,000 per year;

 2) Keep the money you make;

and  3) Have the money you keep make more money for you.

One of the biggest challenges that will prevent you from maximizing your wealth is taxes (which violates wealth rule #2). This is because you (like most people ) do not have a proper understanding of how properly get paid (collect money) so that taxes do not affect the income you and your business earn. This is the type of tax knowledge that Donald Trump and Jeff Bezos have. Which is why they legally haven't paid taxes in over a decade. This is knowledge that alot of professional athletes and entertainers need but do NOT have (Lauren Hill and Wesley Snipes went to jail for tax issues). However, everyone should be taught this information in school. But no college nor K-12 curriculum will ever give this to you. Facebook recently banned Farrakhan from all of its social media platforms. Whether you believe it was the right or wrong move is irrelevant.

Magic Johnson is a great example of a type of employee YOU (Your Firm) should NEVER hire but is difficult to avoid while looking for the right employee. Here's Magic's results as an employee post his NBA basketball playing career: He quit hosting talk shows after his Magic Hour talk show was cancelled within a couple months of doing the job. He quit as head coach of the LA Lakers within less than 1 season after taking the position. He quit as an NBA basketball announcer after 1 season. He quit as President of Basketball Operations for the LA Lakers within 1 season after taking the position. However, business owners (like Jeanie Buss) make the mistake of hiring these types of people BEFORE ensuring that he/she is cut out to do the job right. While conducting interviews looking for the best candidate that fits a particular job vacancy, you will probably meet that person (like Magic) who has great charisma, knows what to say to make employers and company executives feel good, and looks "the part" that fits the job. So you hire him or her without any tangible proof that person is really qualified. Then (after hiring him or her) you find out that he/she quits/runs away (folds) when experiencing tough times or pressure that is typically associated with that position. This senario is the reason I require all candidates who want to work for or with me to prove that they can do the job based on the results of their performance during a trial period BEFORE actually hiring or working with them. This scares alot of frauds away. I do NOT care about your resume. My interview process is based on real-time current performance. This ensures both myself and the job candidate are NOT wasting each other's valuable time and money.
