Having family that doesn’t abuse you but living with them makes you insane is so hard to talk about. No I don’t think my parents are horrible monsters but living with them makes me suicidal. I think I could live with only seeing them every couple of weekends though.

I think one of the reasons drag kings aren’t as popular as drag queens, aside from the fact that straight women don’t like us, is that people are uncomfortable acknowledging masculinity as a performance. Like we as a society know that femininity is a performance, with its own costumes and rules. Masculinity is also a performance, and nothing makes that more clear than someone making an exaggeration of it

I suspected I have npd and/or cptsd for some time. Last night my friend agreed with me. And honestly, I do care about people I just often feel no empathy towards them.

Ik I will never have a good romantic relationship because of this.

I agree with her because I think I am the most important person ever. I also have a disorganised attachment style which makes a lot of conflicts. And I can completely stop caring about others emotions. Cognitively I care but I just mask my lack of empathy. I was thinking of telling other friends too. Idk what to say hehe. I have other mental issues but not so stigmatized ones.

Honestly tho I'm always surprised when people actually care about me

Anyway idk if BPD might suit me better because of the anxious attatchment

It's crazy to think there are people with different thoughts and morals than you. They have a whole different life from yours. I can't process that, to be honest. It doesn't really register in my head.
