I’m mostly here to amplify disabled and neurodivergent voices (especially voices of intersectionality)

But I’m also here to share my own trauma recovery thoughts and experiences as well as very strong feelings about relevant things, and sometimes questions.

Feel free to ask me anything. I can’t guarantee a good answer, just a genuine one.

I will never speak on topics that do not apply to me (unless asking questions)

No DNIs because I find them silly and unenforceable. I will simply block anyone being hateful, harmful, oppressive, or just plain rude and obnoxious. This includes fake-claiming, challenging someone’s diagnosis for any reason, and encouraging or romanticizing self-harm.

I hate being unreliable as a chronically ill and disabled person.

I hate that I never know when my disability will get so bad it prevents me from working and that’s terrifying for me to think about. Especially when so many people count on me.

Sometimes it scares me that I’m so young but it’s so hard to work with my health conditions sometimes, as is I never rest because resting while being chronically ill isn’t resting, it’s pain/symptom prevention.

PLEASE support your chronically ill and disabled loved ones. They’re trying their hardest to be reliable and to finish everything that needs to get done but there will be days where we simply can’t.

i dont think my pain is the most frustrating thing of being disabled. i think the fatigue is what makes it so hard.

why do i have to fight and use every muscle in my body constantly just to not collapse.

why is it so draining to just. be upright.

why does it take so much strength and energy to keep my joints from giving out.
