(Kaito does make a habit of giving him flowers from time to time that he had decided to place several vaces around the apartment just for that. He had an inkling that his partner’s just using him to test some of his experiments as the flowers took months to wilt and are sometimes in different unusual shades. As to why did this Kaito gave him one is unknown.)

Kaito steps in front of the human. He didn’t want to show magic to a human, but he had to protect this idiot from getting hurt.

“No, you can’t! Don’t be stupid! Just go! This is beyond-”

Fireballs were launched at them before Kaito could finish speaking. The hybrid raised his hand and countered with water, just in time. Steam formed between them and the magician. Was this just a fire mage or had they studied other forms too? He wasn’t going to wait until the steam cleared. They needed to run away from there before it did. He pulled detective’s arm signalling her to follow him.

After a long search, Kaito finally found the air elemental stone which looked like a clear quartz. There was no way he would give it up, let alone give it to a human. He needed to bring it back to his own world and nothing would stop him from doing that.

I really want to do something specific with him, but for now here’s a kinda study thing of Kaito Kuroba. His hair is longer in the back because he grew it out it’s not like I only noticed after I outlined it and shaded or anything.

I’d really like to do him in his anime look but I find anime tricky, so for now I decided to just have some fun with him in my westernish style, hopefully it’s not too awful or anything..
