My #teacup collection sitting in the book nook currently. I love it so much. Much of it is thanks to Mitch, my Mama, and Peggi. I do use several of these cups. The pots are too old though: antiques. My painted Japanese cup and saucer are also antique from the 1800s. It was the first. The most recent is the teapot in the final frame. It's a Burslem English teapot. Hand-painted pretty little thing. I got really giddy when I saw it. Most of them are accredited to #Goodwill #goodfinds. I don't like to save my pretty cups for special occasions because that would be wasteful, wouldn't it? ;)

I don't normally do this, but I've been doing so good this May. I'm kicking off my summer with smoothies and power bowls and veggies replacing my heavy carbs. I've kicked up my workouts to three times a week with more cardio and strength training. My hourglass shape is already becoming more defined.
