I’m torn over this. Given the atrocities that Weinstein committed and how complicitous The Weinstein Company must be, it’s good that no money will go to them.

But Benedict and Michael Shannon’s work was highly praised, and the rest of the cast and crew will have their hard work (possibly) go unseen. Which is really sad.

I had talked to my husband about not seeing this movie because I didn’t want TWC to make any money from us but then I thought about not only the actors but the entire current war crew who worked hard to bring this movie to life. I thought about how shitty that these people were being harmed because of what that fucking monster did to all those women. Harvey has left a path of destruction in every which way. But I had decided I would support the movie when it comes out. 

And now that the company has decided to pull the movie. Probably for the best but I still support The Current War. We deserve to see this movie but not until Rose and all his victims get their justice.
