Have you ever felt that things wouldn’t get any better and then just one day things changed..?

I’ve been feeling like that these last few weeks. I feel like God is moving in me, in ways I never thought possible. I honestly feel like myself again, and sometimes even better.

God has and is doing such amazing work inside my heart. Remember, the only one that can fill the void that you have been longing for… is God.❤️

Trust me when I say… seek a relationship with God and I promise your life will change, even though it may not change in the way you think it should.

Praise God.

A lot of the time we pray and pray to God for something to change, for something to come to us, or for us to be healed from within. And when God doesn’t answer our prayers, in our timing, our faith tends to falter. But the fact is, is that just because God says no, it doesn’t mean that it will never happen. It just means “no not yet, I have something better planned for you, something beyond your comprehension.”

You see I’ve had the same fair of struggles. And I’ve learned that we must not rely on our emotions because our emotions are deceitful. Don't follow your heart, even when the world tells you too. Because feelings fluctuate and will cause you to become confused and stumble. Instead Jesus calls us to follow Him, who is constant and true. He is the one that will lead us to an everlasting life.

But then there are also instances where God hears you. He hears your cries, your doubts and your fears, but doesn’t ever answer you in the way you think He should. Here he has something better planned for you, better yet, something better planned through you. But just know that God is always by your side, through the mountain tops and the valley lows. He will never forsake you.

We will never know why God puts us through certain situations, seasons or even hurt. But as firm believers in Christ we must remember that it is for a PURPOSE🤍

After being in two different emotionally abusive relationships, I have finally learned to forgive. Not because they deserve forgiveness but because I deserve peace. And because of this I have broken the chains of depression and am no longer it’s slave. I never believed that one simple conversation, one simple prayer to God, would free me from the devils grip. 

Whoever is reading this, trust me when I say... That’s all it takes.

Sometimes I wish I could see the Lord face to face so that I can thank Him for everything he has done for me. My relationship with Him is  indescribable.
