Obito is canonically public property: a chronological exploration of how Obito's body and mind are a FFA buffet.
I worded it in a humorous way but it's true. Really.
Starting very mild. Granny Uchiha already has in her plans to use babybito as a tool for the family lineage perpetuation. Since most people will eventually want to reproduce, this doesn't mean all that much, but at the core of what was said, it's about Obito using his body for someone else because that's how reproduction works.
Yeah, you tell her babybito!
Next, Obito gives his eye to Bakashi. This is still okay because it's done consensually, which won't be the case for most things to come. However, it marks the real beginning of people taking his organs and/or otherwise using his body.
Obito is healed using foreign DNA being inserted and merged with his flesh, something he did not consent to. This is mostly okay, as emergency surgeries don't actually require informed consent if the patient is unconscious or unable to communicate, under the principle of implied consent.
However, at the same time, his heart is branded with a curse tag, which prevents him from taking his own life or removing it. It's not clear exactly what it does, but we know that to a degree it prevents him from acting out of line of what Madara wants him to do (such as when it interferes with him becoming the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki). This is an extreme infringement on his autonomy.
As this is explained later, we get to see not only his heart but his adult body's bone structure because he can't have any privacy, not even his bones are safe from a third-party's peeping gaze.
While he's still in that cave, Zetsu casually listens in on his wet dreams. Personal privacy is becoming more and more of a distant dream...
When he's told that Rin and Bakashi are in danger and he wants to go out to help them, Zetsu wraps himself around Obito. This is okay because Obito wanted it, but it's still an instance of Obito's body potentially being used by someone else.
When he's attacking Konoha on Naruto's birth day, Minato marks him with a tramp stamp for life, which is still there with him 15 years later during the Fourth War.
Not only is his own body weaponized against him, but other people's bodies can have a violent reaction to his presence. Oh, you think you have the freedom to talk to Sasuke? Get set on fire. - Love, Itachi.
At the start of the Fourth War, he wears a mask to hide his identity. He even brags about how it's made of a strong material so it wouldn't break. So, he obviously doesn't want people to see who's under the mask. He wants privacy and secrecy. Well, too bad. None of that allowed. BOOM! Rasengan to the face.
The mask is just the first piece of clothing to go. When he becomes the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki, most of his clothes are soon to follow. Those pants are so loose and tattered that it's a miracle they're still on him. If the show weren't PG-13, he would've inadvertently flashed us.
In the middle of the fight, Obito once again gets marked by some shit. Tobirama's shit this time. It explodes on him. By his expression, you can really tell that he's used to it at this point.
The Allied forces decide to suck the Ten-Tails out of him. Which means that they (namely Naruto and Sasuke) need to connect with his chakra. Which, well, I don't know how it feels like, but it's unwelcome people intruding on part of his soul, exposing who he is at the core of his being. The deepest, truest part of his self forcibly infringed on by others certainly sounds a bit... invasive.
But it's not just Naruto and Sasuke. No, no, no, that would be too generous. Since Naruto is connected to everyone in the force, everyone is in on the experience of the deepest, darkest parts of his soul. Everyone. Literally even his alternate self is judging him.
And what do they see?
His masturbatory habits from when he was 12.
He's incredulous. Sweating. Can he have literally anything to himself? Is it too late at this point? Everyone knows. Everyone knows everything and there is nowhere for him to hide. Did... did he have his run? Should he just kill himself?
He gets the Ten-Tails bullied out of him by his own younger self (can't trust no one, not even yourself). Falls down to the ground. Catatonic. Half-naked. Stripped of even the pigment in his hair. Everyone gathers around him and glares with hatred, judgement or intent to kill. At this point, whatever. Let them stare. Let them kill.
His old best friend manifests back from Kamui dimension that, again, was always Obito's, not his, that he's just using because Obito is public property. What for? To grope his tits and then kill him, of course. Of course, what else?
Surprisingly, everything resolves peacefully with Minato's help. Things are looking up. ... Lol. Sike! Black Zetsu crawls out from under the earth and attaches himself to Obito's body (free parking lot, public property).
At first he's just here to take the Rinnegan (which is okay, as that is Madara's anyway), but he realizes that the Allies will just kill him the very second he leaves Obito, so the pesky bastard stays on Obito until Mommydara personally shows up to save him.
Then, one of the most hilarious moments plays out. Madara, on his way to get back his Rinnegan, flies by Bakashi. And. Just. Yoinks Obito's eye from Bakashi's eye socket? And flies away??? No words exchanged??? Well, naturally, as they're both in the camp of "Obito is public property", this was the moment that Madara and Bakashi wordlessly understood each other. Cheers, fellow organ harvester. It's okay if it's Obito's.
Madara forces his way into the Kamui (which is also public property because Obito is) and kills Obito. This, obviously, doesn't mean that his body still can't be used, as Black Zetsu very successfully skinwalks him until the Infinite Tsukuyomi is achieved.
When Kaguya manifests after the success of Project Infinite Tsukuyomi and sends Team 7 into the lava realm, Bakashi pins Obito's dead body to the rocks so he doesn't tumble down. He's dead, so it doesn't matter all that much but it's funny that they're still playing with him like a ragdoll.
Naruto resurrects Obito soon afterwards with bullshit reincarnation powers so he can, once again, use his body to benefit others. And he wakes up in a frozen wasteland. Half-naked. Barefoot. Literally with only tattered pants. Bakashi could share his flak jacket with him. Naruto could share his blazing chakra cloak with him. Worst-case scenario, Sakura could share hers. But nah, let's just have him freezing his tits off. Not like he has anything to hide anymore, I guess.
Sasuke is thrown into some desert dimension and Obito and Sakura have to find him together. Obito is bleeding out of his eyes by the time they do.
Then Kaguya stops messing around and targets Naruto and Sasuke, as the only two people capable of putting a stop to her. Bakashi jumps in front of Sasuke and Obito jumps in front of Naruto to fatherly protect them. Obito gets the rod out of the way for Bakashi, but gets pierced himself. Using his body as intended; a meatshield and of service. o7
And then, then he dies for real, right? He's free.
Except he isn't.
He merges his soul with Bakashi to lend him his Mangekyo one last time, because he apparently he still hasn't given enough of himself at this point.
Since dimension hopping isn't possible without his ability, these fools (affectionate, I actually really like Bakashi despite the shade) would've probably just died. Good thing they milked the cow until it was dead and then some.
Obito had, by far, the most insane run.
