Made these doodles after going to cedar points winter chill out event last year, but wanted to color them before I posted them. Naturally, I never got around to it cus I was so busy and forgot. I wish it was easier for me to remember to actually post the things i make.

Anyway, Millie (millennium force) technically isn’t supposed to be out in the cold, as the cold tends to be unkind to mechanical things, but even despite this he still likes to get out and sit by his rides sign. Poor fella is waiting for the guests to come back like a dog waiting by the door for their human to come back home.

Della (TT2) just straight up hates the cold, with her being a cheetah and all.

This is Shima, a creature created as a prototype for a species whose purpose was to serve a corrupt government and its desire for a dystopian police force (sound familiar?). The novel she will be featured in explores the themes of government corruption and fighting back against an incomprehensibly evil system, hence why i chose to draw her. I felt she was a fitting character to channel my rage towards the atrocities ICE is committing. Don’t let the powers that be abuse you, don't let them think they can walk all over you and murder your fellow humans without consequence. Fight back. Fuck ICE.

Mystic Timbers 🌲

Finally got around to making the ref sheet for what is probably my favorite coaster character i've designed (totally not biased at all), the one and only Mystic Timbers! I plan to write a short story about her someday, so figured i'd give her a ref (though i also mainly did it for artfight cus i wanted mystic timbers to be on there lol)

Lore:

This creature mysteriously appeared in a run-down shed in Miami river lumber co a mere week after it opened. It was said to have arose from the ground, erupting through the sheds wooden floor, and caused the deaths of almost every employee at the lumber mill. To this day, no one knows where it came from or why it exists, some speculate that it was born of natures wrath. But no answer has ever been found; and not even the bureau of paranormal activity knows exactly why it exists.

Halloween Queen 🎃 ____ This was the only drawing i made during spooky season last year since i was so busy. I wish I couldve made more, I actually did have a halloween drawing in the works but never finished it in time. I'll for sure get it finished this year though. Anyway this is a redraw of this photo I took when I was at KI a few years ago (it’s censored cus I ain’t showing my face):

I participated in artfight again last year, I was on team Fossil! Unfortunately Fossil did not in fact win and i am still sad about that.

Thankfully however, because i actually participated in artfight the entire time as opposed to joining in halfway through like i did in 2024, I got to make a lot more attacks/defenses this time! Had a lot of fun drawing all these super cool characters : )

Coaster May-nia 2025 🎢

I'm back, and once again i am slow to posting everything I make. I know i sound like a broken record saying that almost every time i post stuff, but college burnout fried my brain so bad last fall that my world just kinda turned to a blur and I lost the motivation to do a lot of things during that time. But the dust is finally beginning to settle, so, im back to posting.

Anyways, I did coaster may-nia again last year. I did the same thing i did back in 2024 where i only picked the coasters i was the most interested in, though this time instead of making crazy detailed ref sheets, i just stuck with a simple drawing. Making detailed ref sheets took up so much time, so i just didn't bother doing that this time around so i could draw more characters.

Dunno if these characters will get proper ref sheets, some may but idk about all of them. If they do its gonna be a looong time, truth be told im shifting my artistic focus onto my novel project, which means my coaster characters and their stories are being shifted to the sidelines for now.

(if they do get proper ref sheets, i may end up tweaking some parts of their designs. most of these characters are just concepts.)

Listened to the song "Rattlesnake" by King Gizzard and the WIzard Lizard and immediately thought "huh this song is a banger, this fits my diamondback character perfectly!" so naturally, I had to make a drawing based off of it while listening to that song on repeat.

Diamondback is a rattlesnake cowboy inspired by the rollercoaster also named "Diamondback" at kings island. Its also the coaster you see in the background (duh).

Finished this one a looong while ago, but kept forgetting to post. oops. (also had to crunch the file quality down a bit cus my dumb ass accidentally made the canvas WAY too big when i first started this drawing, and it would not upload here at all until i re-sized it.)

This is a redraw of an old piece I made of shima, my wonderfully murderous genetically engineered critter (well…only if you’re a deltech scientist that isn’t Donovan, who is the only human she trusts).

Yeah, it definitely seems like there's been an improvement since i made the original.

I also changed Shima's design a bit to make her have a more animal-esque head as opposed to looking anthropomorphic like in the original artwork. I felt that her previous look just didn’t fit the tone of the story, if she looked too anthro I thought it would just stick out and look weird (especially since Victims of Science, the book she will be in, is supposed to be grounded and realistic). Also gave her some small teeth in her beak cus I thought it would look cool.

Long live kingda Ka 🐅👑

Well, it’s a shame that this is how I had to reveal (part of) my design for my kingda Ka OC. I drew this back when Kingda ka was demolished back in march, but of course im slow with posting my art everywhere thats not instagram so its super super late.

I am still so sad about this rides sudden closure. I never even got a chance to experience kingda Ka, me and my dad wanted to finally experience it this year but of course, that didn’t work out since six flags decided to close it with no warning (and no, coaster enthusiasts spreading rumors did not count as a proper warning, we shouldnt have to rely on mf thoosies for important info like that when they are notorious for spreading false rumors about everything all the time).

I’m heartbroken that I never got to experience this beast of a coaster before it was demolished, sure I already rode TTD and that was similar to Ka, but still, I wanted to experience Ka as it was the closest I’d ever get to experiencing the original TTD again. But now? I won’t have that chance anymore.

Anyway, who tf is this character exactly? well heres a brief summary about him:

He is a Dragster racer, just like Della was (my TTD/TT2 character). He was one of the most popular racers, and often shared the spotlight with Della. He stays in the dragster racing career even after Della retires and runs away from Sandusky after her fatal crash, but when Della would finally come back several years later as TT2, she would find that Ka has decided to retire from racing altogether due to health complications. Ka was her role model when she was a dragster racer, so she is devastated to see that he’s retired. However, he is able to help give her the push she needs to finally get back into the game as a racer again.

The wooden dragon of Hanover Hill 🍂 ____

This piece started as an inked drawing in my sketchbook, and then i took a photograph of it and colored it in procreate with some marker brushes from true grit texture supply to make it look like it was colored with real markers. Really like how this one turned out : )

anyway I finally get to reveal this guy, he’s been one of my favorite coaster character designs I’ve designed so far (aside from mystic Timbers), and it’s none other than Twisted Timbers!

Since I view Twisted Timbers as kind of a sister coaster to Mystic Timbers (given that they both have a similar theme and are at two parks that are also similar to one another), I decided to make twisted look a bit similar to mystic. But there’s a few notable differences, that being that he not only walks on all fours instead of on two legs, but he is also absolutely ginormous. Like, hes basically a Kaiju.

why? Cus I thought it would be cool, and I felt it fit for his story (which you’ll see more of…someday.)

Whaaat!? Actual real art of Cain and Alice!?? And they’re being, wholesome? Yes dear viewer, you are seeing this correctly. come on they deserve to have some peace after the depressing stuff they have to endure (they have a tragic story that you may or may not get to read someday…if I am ever able to write it)

This was another piece that got thrown on the backburner thanks to the hurricane that is life, but my determination to have a real finished drawing of these two allowed me to finally complete it (I seriously need to draw these two more they are literally my oldest OCs with the most lore ever out of all my characters)

Vorgrax the champion ⚡️

I started this piece all the way back in November of last year, and it kinda sat on the backburner for a long time because I just got so busy I wasn’t able to finish it (and I struggled to get the motivation to work on it, didn't help that i kept getting disracted by other projects). But last month, I finally finished it, aaaand of course I kept forgetting to share the finished piece. Until now, cus I realized this year is about to end and i want to get this (and some other stuff) out before the year officially comes to a close.

Anyway, who is this guy? His name is vorgrax, and he’s from a DnD campaign I started with my fiancé and a few others late last year, and finally wrapped up during the summer of this year. He’s a greataxe fighter who isn’t the smartest, but he has a big heart (and lots of strength). He began his journey after being hired on a mission to catch a criminal, and he did so to gain resources to help his village. But the mission ended up being far more daunting than he expected, and he and his party had to fight foes that put the fate of the whole world at risk. But they all pulled through and saved the day, and Vorgrax now lives happily ever after in his village with a pretty Dragonborn wife, and his small griffon familiar he affectionately named “butterbean”

Im incredibly late on posting this and im so sorry for being slow, life got unexpectedly hectic and i just completely forgot to post my Halloween art here. I realized this year is literally about to end, so what better time to get caught up with all my art then the tail end of 2024?

anyway, during october i decided to do something called "drawlloween," a semi daily art prompt list for the spooky season! I was too busy to do all of the prompts, so in the end these were all i was able to do (listed in order from first pic to the last):

Tfw you finally come out of a several year long retirement, work hard to overcome your trauma, and train vigorously to become a F1 racer, only for the ride you’re sponsoring to shit itself and not operate the whole year

This was a piece I made back in august when the announcement was made that TT2 would not reopen this year. I thought it would be funny to redraw the shinji chair meme with Della, my TT2 OC, being completely devastated that the rollercoaster she’s been stuck sponsoring ever since she was a dragster racer just decided to give her more trouble.

Poor Della, she just can’t catch a break can she?

This year I finally participated in artfight! I was on team stardust, truthfully I found it hard to pick a team cus I thought both were good options but I ended up just settling with stardust lol.

I joined in halfway through artfight so sadly I didn’t get to make as much art as I hoped, but I’m still glad I got to participate! I had so much fun drawing all these cool OCs!

Steel Vengeance 🔥

Day 25 of coaster may-nia was Steel Vengeance from cedar point! It’s my favorite coaster at the park, i remember riding it for the first time in the dark and oh my god it was SO intense, night rides on steel vengeance are amazing 10/10 would recommend

Facts about this character:

This fella was a coyote cowboy who would go around towns and stop criminals as a mercenary-for-hire. He was named “mean streak” because of his cold and vicious methods in dealing with criminals. However one day, he would seemingly disappear without a trace, no one knew where he went for a long time. Little did they know that he was kidnapped by the terrifying Iron Dragon, and was turned into a cyborg against his will. He was meant to be another henchman for the iron dragons army, but he would end up rebelling and escaping. After this, he would meet Diamondback and Maverick, and he was given the name “steel vengeance” in reference to his burning desire to get revenge on the iron dragon.

Verbolten 🌲🚘 _____

This was day 22 of coaster may-nia, and it's none other than Verbolten from Busch Gardens Williamsburg! Never rode this one but it’s a bucket list ride for me, I remember first seeing this coaster In POV videos as a kid and I loved the spooky atmosphere of the ride, I’ve always wanted to ride it and i hope someday I’ll get that chance!

Facts about this character:

Despite his appearance, Verbolten isn’t a Wendigo. No one knows for sure what he is, but there’s a legend that says a large gray wolf that once terrorized the town beyond the Black Forest had one day perished and was overtaken by supernatural forces, which then became the creature you see here. Should you stray off the road and into the Black Forest, you may encounter this beast. But if you see it, it may already be too late for you.
