idk if anyone else feels this way or its just some shade of my mental illness(es) but i have so many thoughts, yet whenever i try and tap into one it leaves, the only thing staying are the feelings i cant comprehend, a bitter taste in my mouth and the vastness in my chest. like if i tried to reach for it, i would be lost in the unknown so i just float around waiting, searching for someone to put these in words im unable of.

anw on a funnier note arthur sounded like me when i got the flu and still tried to smoke (for legal reasons: tobacco) but failed and coughed like i just started smoking and been doing it for at least 40 years

wednesday session summed up

dm handed me the lvl20 full warlock version of my pc (im warlock/artificer and my patron doesnt like that i dont throw all my lvls at him) to have some fun (we were lvl4) for some lore reasons

i got to 0 bc the boss was targeting me (first round i couldnt control my body and casted forcecage, making him even more pissed than how he was) and it wouldve been fine bc i wouldve been on 3hp IF at one point i didnt literally beg my dm to give me psychic dmg bc boss casted a fucking fire wall next to us and my pc has fire related trauma

so next sess start with a cutscene for me and it can go either

1) the night everything went down

2) talk with my patron or at least a monologue from him

3) secret 3rd option

anw im already planning what to do after waking up bc my pc is blind, has burn scars, in almost constant pain and it all went away for that short period. WHICH MEANS it will all come back at once. WHICH MEANS my son will be in so much pain what i can use for angst😈

i asked how everyone feels about horror (specifically body horror) so its just a bit of a waiting now🌸🤭

dont have a concrete pattern, mainly went with vibes but i used this vid for starters

i try to explain it but just like the process it may be a bit chaotic (also cant really say concretes bc it all depends how much bigger/smaller you want it to be)

body:

1 bit of a leg (up until step 2, then depending how big you want the body you build it up) + half/third of the head up and you just decrease after

i forgot to do the eyes before the stuffing and i was already done with almost everything else so do that here. this was the messiest of the process bc again, the whole john was already almost done (only missing the chaining and some touch ups). this is just a warning, bc i forgot once, dont do this to yourself too.

coat:

the long part is crocheted on the body. start with chaining around the neck and then sc and inc at the end. this all the way down, maybe 2-3 rows more than how long the body is depending how long do you want to make the cape.

the hood is literally just the head again. always put one part on the neck and then over the head when checking for size. if its getting a bit over... id say the middle, do part of a round and where you want to connect the hood to the cape/neck turn around so there will be a gap. i did sc for 2 rounds of this and just decreased for 2-3 rounds. then sew it on the neck/cape and the top part to the top of the neck (2nd part can be ignored if you also make a little holder, then you pull the yarn over the top of the head and the hood) and lastly you chain like 40-ish.

id say for the sake of simplicity maybe do the coat and the body separate and then sew it together bc there were too many fuckups from my part ksnamxks
