Writer's Block Monday's!
Writing a story and staying on track with the same story for months can be a very hard thing. There are so many distractions that can occur. Plot bunnies could invade your head, something could be going on with your home life to disrupt the peace, you could have new idea's for your story and your don't know how or where to put them in your story, or you've just lost the motivation all together. Whatever the reason is for your writer's block, here are some tips to help keep you on track!
1. Get a good nights rest for at least a week before you start writing again.
2. Stay away from sweets like candy(Which make most people hyper and cause thousands of new idea's and plot bunnies to float around in your head)
3. Step AWAY from the coffee(No matter how amazing it is!)
4. If you do crave coffee, make sure to get a decaf with low sweetener like Splenda
5. Try to eat more fruit than sweet things like candy
6. Drink at least four bottles(8 cups) of water everyday
7. Find a way to stay calm.(Staying calm keeps you more focused than when you are stressed)
You can follow these tips, or you might have you own tips because we are all different. If you have any other tips of another way that you would like others to know, just let me know and I will post them next Monday!
