I have a question. Does Tsukasa really grant Mitsuba’s wish? Can Tsukasa actually turn Mitsuba back into a human? If he can, why doesn’t he just do it directly? In the ‘Perfect Picture’ arc, was that an illusion? And why does Mitsuba still stick around Tsukasa after everything he did to him? (my English isn’t great.)
hey no worries pal! i dont actually have anything really mindblowing to say about this, but i think it's worth considering that Tsukasa created Mitsuba with zero memories, and that Mitsuba is an artificial cannibalistic ghost living in a human world, so there are really not many places for him to go. I imagine him kinda like a child who is stuck with his parents because they house and feed him... (and i think mitsuba and tsukasa get along a bit better than most people give them credit for but yea lol)
Also, in the story it's only been... less than 3 months, since mitsuba was created? I think?? So the lack of time that has passed is most certainly something worth considering
As for Tsukasa's wish-granting capabilities, mmm I'm not so sure! I think it's probable he does not have the ability to transform supernaturals into humans right now, but maybe if he had more power he could do it. As for whether he would do it is another question... (check yes ✅️ if it creates maximum chaos mwahaha)
Regarding the Picture Perfect world, I do think it was a falsehood, so if Hanako won and everyone was stuck there I think it would be more like an endless shared dream of Mitsuba being a human as opposed to him becoming an actual human. Within Shijima's fictional world everything conforms to her rules, so I imagine it all as a play... Mitsuba the Artificial Ghost is an actor playing Mitsuba the Human but no one can tell the difference and soon enough he will forget he's even acting at all.
