[16:24] I dodged swordsman!Jeno’s attack and quickly started moving my sword into his direction.

We took turns with offensive and defensive moves, often resulting in our swords forming an x in the air. I retracted my sword, ready to attack again, which is when he moved out of the way and ran behind me, taking me by surprise.

I turned around quickly and attacked again. He used the central ridge of his sword to elevate mine, which wasn’t hard, due to the fact that he was much stronger. I pushed down the central ridge with the fuller of my sword, but he soon whipped out his other sword.

He used the point of his to move mine further away, sliding the center ridge of his second sword off of the fuller of my sword and onto the edge, which made me lose my grip, so I had to use the pommel instead.

I retracted my sword and kicked his second sword, throwing it across the room, leaving him with only the one sword in hand.

“Playing dirty?” He mumbled.

“You started it.” I defended before preparing for attack as I started moving in, the sound of swords clashing filling the room once again.

I moved him into a corner as we swung our swords into each other's direction. I dodged his swing when I ducked, which is when I used the rain guard to trip him, but just as I thought I was successful, I saw him save his balance as I got back up, which is when he tripped me with his foot, making me fall onto the floor.

I tucked my chin to my chest so my head didn’t hit the ground as I focused on landing on meatier parts of the body and avoiding landing on my bones.

As I felt my body hit the floor, I sighed, not wanting to accept defeat.

“Nothing to say now, chatterbox?” The man asked, smirking as he titled my chin up with help of the point of his sword as he started to catch his breath, the sweat dripping down his body.

“Rematch?” I asked in a playful tone, slightly teasing him.

“You know we’re both too tired, don’t joke.” He laughed as he held out his hand to help me up.

“Besides, isn’t one loss enough for you?” He asked, his eyebrow raising, making me roll my eyes.

YES YES YES YES AND YES that cast was SO pretty like I personally didn’t vibe with Mara, when I was watching it as a kid, BUT SHE WAS SO PRETTY I DIDNT CARE.
