Crack Cookies
I was in theater in high school when i was first introduced to these cookies. They may not contain any real crack, but they are very addicting. They turn out smaller than regular cookies, but are equally as sweet.
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Cinnamon and sugar mixtureÂ
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Â
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Use a spoon to measure and scoop out dough, roll into a ball
Roll ball in cinnamon sugar mixture, and place on cookie sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown
Depending on your cookie size, time will vary, but it is an easy science to learn.Â

Baking Powder Biscuits
This recipe is one of my favorites. My mother would make them when I was growing up, and its like she is here when I make them. They are great as a dinner side, or for a delicious breakfast. They are easy to make and only costs a few dollars per batch.Â
IngredientsÂ
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 stick of butter or 8 teaspoons of shortening (chilled)
1 cup whole milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Mix dry ingredients
Cut butter into small bits
Mix butter into dry ingredients, enough to distribute them and coat butter with the flour
Add milk and stir only until they are pretty well mixed
Sprinkle flour on a cutting board/clean flat surface and place biscuit mixture on top
For mixture into a ball, then slightly flatten and fold in half a few times
If mixture seems too wet, sprinkle more flour onto it
Flatten mixture to about 1/2″ think, and cut into rounds (I like to use an old peanut butter jar, but a glass will work just as well)
Place on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown
