My skin picking problems

Over the past two months, I’ve noticed that my skin picking has got really bad. I can usually hide this horrible condition. But it’s on my scalp, so very visible! I am very self conscience of this and what other people think?

I try to manage my condition with art (hence the photos), and try to inspire my friend who likes my art. It helps me focus on not doing picking.

Last month, I was on antidepressants and it didn’t seem to bother me, what I looked like, but I knew it was worse. It was my first experience of antidepressants and I’m not sure if they worked for me. Maybe I should have kept on them? Who knows? Any advice welcome?

I put on my hair oil at night time and a hat and try and focus on my art, but the itching is getting worse? Ever had an itch at the bottom of your foot? Well my head feels like that all the time.

I feel like there is a second person inside of me, that makes me do what I don’t want to do.
